I did speak with Mr. [redacted] about the issue.
I explained to him that we do not guarantee concrete from cracking. However I did explain to him that we do have a free crack repair program, where we come out and cut into crack and inject it. Crack...
has to open first before repair can be made.
Also a representative from our company went out to his home to inspect the crack on 3 separate occasions.
