We will ship the chisels out as good as new on Monday Sept.14th We will also include a credit for $toward a new sharpening for our delay We are a small family owned business and my father had to have triple bypass surgery in Early Augand that put us behind for all orders Please accept the credit for the delayRegards, [redacted]

OK why am I receiving a second complaint from the same person regarding the same claim The customer final communicated with us directly and gave us the correct name an address of the orderThe person making this claim is not the same person we received an order from.The order was processed on the 28th of DecAnd our website on the front page clearly stated a two week turn aroundThe client actually has the items nowThey where never sold on eBaythe order was simply one week lateAnd because the claimant has their items sharpened and returned in perfect condition we are consider this case closedBy the way we never received a voicemail or an email from this claimant but they did call and hangup without leaving a message

The items where returned sharpened as paid for My father passed away, I don't know what he wants but the golf clubs did it even have a value of $They we're all severly damaged and we did our best to try and regroove the golf clubs

We sent emails to all customers with items to be serviced 3 weeks ago explaining we had a shop fire. In the email we explained we were purchasing new equipment to finish the orders and all orders would be sent out by Aug. 15th..... We also explained in the letter that the items they... sent were kept in a seperate area and there was no chance of damage or smoke issues.They may need to check their spam folder.Thank You [redacted] ***t

Received my tools today Service was performed to my satisfaction No explanation from vendor as to why they took so long to perform the service, and why they never replied to my e-mails or phone calls
Thank you for your help Maybe all it took was a letter form you to get vendor to complete the service??

We performed a Wicked Edge Sharpening that is done using digital angle measuring devie o get edge within one degreeThe original manufacturers primary grind is off so when we grind a new edge perfert on an imperfect primary grind it may make one edge slightly larger tha the other side because of
the original imporfectionThe customer requested a Wicked Edge sharpening service and that what we delivered a knife that you could shave hairs on you arm with
We will be happy to resharpen the knife at no cost but we will not replace a knife because of manufactures imperfectionsNor will we replace a knife that cis by 99% of all people cosmeticall and utility wise in excellent condition

on the 28th of Dec. And our website on the front page clearly stated a two week turn around. The client actually has the items now. They where never sold on eBay.... the order was simply one week late. And because the claimant has their items sharpened and returned in perfect condition we are consider this case closed. By the way we never received a voicemail or an email from this claimant but they did call and hangup without leaving a message.

I finally received my items on 6/8/17. I'm not pleased with this experience, but I do now have my items. Thanks,[redacted]
