I ordered a shed from Sheds Direct with the understanding that it would be a couple of weeks for delivery. After waiting nearly a month, I could wait no longer and contacted Sheds Direct to cancel the order and go a different route.

I understand that things were pushed back due to the global pandemic but I am in need of the space so I was forced to cancel the order and go a different direction. Sheds Direct was prompt in processing my request. I haven't received the actual refund yet but I anticipate it won't take long.

I will certainly consider them again when I am in need of something they provide.

Easy process to buy, shipping was fast, and everything received was as described, and at a lower cost than anywhere else. Would definitely recommend to others.

Horrible communication! Ordered shed online 2 days later got an email saying item was no longer in stock and was issued a refund. Payed through PayPal and saw shedsdirect refunded money but was pending. Talked to paypal and said that shedsdirect issued an echeck and would take up to 6 days to get the refund. Today is the 7th day and still no refund.I did not pay with a check. I payed with a debit card and should have been deposited the same way so it should have been instant. Never buying anything from this site again!

Thanks for your email through the Revdex.com. I'm very sorry for the inconvenience on our inventory. With the pandemic people have been buying online more than usual and we have had a very hard time keeping up with what is available in the warehouses we use. Sometimes we are a little behind on updating something that went out of stock because we can only update it once we are informed. I see once we had this information we processed your full refund and notified you right away. The delay on your refund is unfortunatley a paypal restriction. I can explain what caused that. Each day our paypal account does a sweap to move funds from paypal to our bank. If our reps try to process a refund after that sweap and there are no funds there, then paypal does a draft from our bank which causes some delay. I'm sorry that happened. We usually check for funds but it looks like the CSR that handled your refund didn't and caused a bank draft to refund you. Sorry for the delay! You should have your funds available now. I ordered a playset on April 19. I know how long deliveries are taking with the current pandemic, so I followed up May 12 since it still showed my order status as "Processing" online and was told by customer service that it was scheduled to be delivered 6/1. I emailed customer service again on 5/28 as I had not received the promised tracking information or a call or email to schedule the delivery. Today, 6/1, I contacted the toll-free number for the supplier Handy Home that ShedsforLessDirect.com customer service provided me. The supplier told me that my order had been cancelled. I contacted ShedsforLessDirect customer service again who told me it had NOT been canceled. I then spoke to Handy Home (Backyard Products) again who told me ShedsforLessDirect had cancelled it on 5/28 and that my refund was approved 6/1. Keep in mind on 6/1 ShedsforLessDirect is still telling me over the phone it is not cancelled. I then almost immediately receive the email cancellation and refund notice. Then, Backyard Products calls me back to let me know they looked into it further, and the playset I purchased has not been manufactured for years and should not have even been on the ShedsforLessDirect website. So they advertised a product that was not only not available but hadn't been available for years, processed my payment for it, gave me a delivery date, and then on the day it was supposed to be delivered cancelled my order. Absolutely awful business practice. I would never recommend purchasing from this company.

Thanks for your email through the Revdex.com. I'm very sorry for the inconvenience on your playset. You can thank the legislators in Michigan for shutting down all the businesses there including Handy Home Products. While they were closed we were not able to get any status updates from them. They are just now "partially" opened with limited staff. We are not currently even selling any of their products due to this. The playset you ordered was a limited clearance only we had available through one of their inventory people that we were clearing out old discontinued swing sets with. Yes, this set is not a current sku from them. But their CSR's that answer the phones will not know about our clearance event set up with one of their managers. With Handy Home closed, we could not ship you the item you bought. Our staff tried to explain this but unfortunately we were not good at relaying this information to you. I apologize for the confusion. You have been given a full refund and your order is cancelled. When we resume shipping Handy Home products when Michigan lifts all their restrictions we will have these available again. I'm sorry for the bad experience, that was not our intention. This pandemic has served us a lot of challenges and we are doing our best to fight through them and serve our customers the best we can. Respectfully, -*** (owner)

Ordered purchase on April 10, 2020 with a promised delivery of 5-10 business days. Called after 10 business days and was told it was out of stock that it would be delivered on May 9th. Called on May 9th to check and was told they didn't have it in stock, so sorry, it will be in on May 11th and ship in 2-3 days. I called on May 11th and it was in stock. We are so sorry blah, blah, blah, you are next in line for shipping. Today is May 14th. Apparently those were all lies. I am not net in line, it will not ship today, it could be another 3-5 business days. Nothing but lies, ridiculous that this company can maintain an Revdex.com accreditation.

Unfortunately there is a worldwide pandemic right now, not sure if you heard or not. Please turn your tv on and check it out. It has disrupted production cycles, warehousing processes, carrier shipments and even our own customer service team which has been cut in half. We've still answered your calls and given you the best information we have on hand. When the entire country is under strict lockdown stay at home orders and small businesses like ours are suffering it is baffling to see people like you get so bent out of shape about a basketball hoop that can't be produced, warehoused or shipped at this moment in time. You're so self absorbed you would prefer to hurt a small business in your wake over an item we've told you repeatedly we cannot provide to you. We've already cancelled your order and gave you a full refund and that is all we can do. Maybe we could try to have a unicorn make a basketball hoop out of ferry dust and ship it to you with a flying dragon next time. Or better yet, try to order this same item from ***, *** or any other giant retailer out there. You can't, because nobody has any! Sorry for the frustration here but it is people like you with no respect for others that makes this pandemic so much worse. -Owner

Sheds for Less had the best price for the Lifetime Swingset. They offered free shipping that arrived on time. The website was easy to use. Customer service was very helpful as well.

Hi Mr. ***,
Let's be totally honest on what happened. You purchased a swing set that was marked out of stock and we contacted you within 24 hours to let you know we were out of stock and could not guarantee any time frame when we would have stock again. Our exact statement to you was, 'there will be 2 weeks lead time to ship the item from the date of availability, there is no guarantee when will it ship'. A couple days later our management was instructed to cancel all orders for out of stock items because the COVID-19 pandemic has made it impossible for us to predict future stock levels. We refunded you back the full amount and notified you that we could not guarantee fulfillment of the order and for that reason we needed to refund you. That is what happened. Making false statements online about a business is both unlawful and unethical. We would all hope that during a time of nationwide / worldwide crisis you would do your best to lift small businesses that are suffering up instead of trying to knock them down because you didn't get a swing set.

The response submitted by Sheds Direct Stores LLC is factually incorrect and sarcastic. When I ordered the play ground, it was in stock. A few days later I received a call stating it would ship in two weeks. A week a later I received another call stating the same thing. I am a huge advocate of small business and support them every day with my business, however I will not support ANY business who operates like Sheds Direct

Further, look at all the complaints against you. I should have read them first, as I would never have ordered from you. Pls---"lets just be honest". You should try to fix your problems, not defend them.

Great service from both Sheds For Less Direct and the shipping company that they used. Customer service was courteous and friendly when I called to see if an item was in stock. Item was shipped quickly and delivered within the promised time frame. Would definitely buy from again!

This is a great shed! It took my quite a while to put it together since I was doing most of it by myself. But the instructions were easy to follow and after it’s all assembled it’s pretty sturdy and looks cute in my yard.

This is *** and I am the Store Manager of ShedsForLessDirect.com. I’m emailing you today regarding the complaint you have opened on Revdex.com last 10/24, for your shed not being delivered. I apologize for the late response on this. Somehow we were not notified by Revdex.com about this complaint so this was overlooked.
I’ve checked with our supplier today and confirmed this order was delivered to you last 10/24. Isn’t this the case? Or perhaps the delivery arrived after you filed the complaint? We’ve tried contacting you several times through phone and email after the scheduled delivery date of 10/24, to get a confirmation from you that this was indeed delivered so we can close the ticket. However, we never receive any response from you. We finally decided to stop reaching out last 11/6 and marked this ticket closed since you were unresponsive.
I believe this has been resolved now since the delivery shows completed on our end. If this isn’t the case, please let us know by replying to our emails or call our Toll Free Hotline *** for us to escalate. If there is anything else we can assist you with, please feel free to reach out to me. If your issues are resolved we would appreciate it very much if you would update this review. 3 1/2 weeks waiting for an in stock item. Order was supposedly sent but never received now they tell me out of stock. Trying to cancel order but they need to check with supplier

This is *** and I am the Store Manager of KitSuperStore.com. I’m emailing you today regarding the complaint you have opened on Revdex.com last 6/17, for the swimming pool basketball hoop you ordered from us last 5/27 for $174.95. I apologize for the late response on this. Somehow we were not notified by Revdex.com about this complaint so this was overlooked.
I’ve checked the details of this and see that the day you ordered we had a stock push back date until more could be produced. We notified you and you agreed to wait until we received more stock to ship. We shipped the unit out and emailed you tracking on 6/6. On 6/22 we heard from you that you did not receive your delivery. We contacted the warehouse and found that the item did in fact get picked up by Fedex and we could only assume the item was lost. We agreed to reship you a new item again but you were not happy with that and wanted a full refund. We got that approved by management and refunded you back the full amount of $174.95.
I believe this has been resolved now. If this isn’t the case, please let us know by replying to our emails or call our Toll Free Hotline *** for us to escalate. If there is anything else we can assist you with, please feel free to reach out to me. I hope you will please reconsider your review and update it showing that we did communicate with you during your transaction and we did refund you. Thanks for your consideration.
