I have worked with them the best I can, unfortunately they had negative equity when they traded in their previous vehicle and they also picked a vehicle that was $5000 more expensive and there is no way I can get them to the same payment. Ford motor company has a bulletin on these transmissions and...

it is on back order. I can speak with ford and try to expedite the part if that is what they like. I can be reached at [redacted].Thanks

I have never spent less than a whole hour in the service department for an oil change....frequently two hours or more. They try to sell me something every time too. I don't know about buying cars, but don't bother with the maintenance plan, it is NOT worth the wait.

I would like the business contacted and my concerns available through the Better Business online presence.   I am not seeking financial reimbursement at this point but was just really shocked by the predatory behavior exhibited by Sheehy Ford of Warrenton. I have mailed a letter to the service...

Review: We found a [redacted] on their website. We called them before we drove an hour to look at the car. We were told that the vehicle was at the store and available for purchase. This was confirmed by giving them the stock number. We drove all the way there for them to tell us that while I was on the phone with them they must have put the SUV on a truck to move to their Maryland store. I was very skeptical about this, so I called the next day to ask about the vehicle. This sales man told me that they just had someone come into the store to buy it. There is no way that he vehicle can be in Maryland and Virginia at the same time. To make everything worse before we drove to Warrenton, I found a similar car in Winchester but passed up on the car to buy the one in Warrenton. By the time we found out that the car in Warrenton didnt exist, someone else purchased the car in Winchester.Desired Settlement: I want them to admit that they lied to me and for their business to be investigated for false advertisement. I feel that I deserve some compensation for the car that I lost in Winchester while I drove to Warrenton to look at a car that never existed.

Review: My wife and I purchased a [redacted] . About a week after we had purchased the vehicle , while away on vacation, the vehicle began to have a transmission issue. Shaking and hesitating to the point where it was difficult to get across an intersection. We contacted Sheehy about the car and they told us that there was an issue with the transmission and that they would reprogram the computer . we brought the car by and they did what they said . They told my wife they had to order a part for the transmission that would take 3 months to come in. Being that we just purchased the vehicle there should be no reason it would have an issue already. The vehicle we traded in was in excellent running condition and what we purchased was not .

I spoke with the service department about it and they told me that all 2010 and up Focus and Fiesta have transmission failure.

If this was a well known issue with these cars then why did they sell us this car?

We went back to speak with Sam Wali about taking the care back and getting us in something that was "safer" in our eyes and not increase our payments. When we took the car in to them, they wanted to appraise the car as if it was a trade in. And then offered us $2,000 less than what we paid. They had no cars on the lot that they could get down in price for us. When I asked why they wont take the car back he told me that they would not take back a vehicle that has been driven for 2 months . (My wife and I both work and struggle to get days off to deal with things like this, we were also waiting for a part at the time)

I have worked in retail for many years and you MUST take care of the customer. Sheehy would not take back the broken car and help us maintain a similar payment. They came back with numbers for 2 cars that would have been between $150 and $200 more.

This vehicle is unsafe for a family and it has many complaints filled with ford. They could have made this right by taking the car back .Desired Settlement: Make things right. We wanted a safe , reliable vehicle for our family. Now we have a world of problems to deal with. We traded in an excellent car and did so to get lower payments for the family. Now we are stuck . Im sure we will be in the service department many times with this lemon.
