One of the sales managers communicated this to the customer, but he was not satisfied with that explanation. A sales manager reached out to the customer by email and by phone to attempt to work out a deal based on the current month's incentives and rebates, but the customer was still not happy with the proposed pricing.With regards,Kip D[redacted]

[redacted],After several unanswered emails, Jarryd C[redacted] finally responded to my ongoing emails and increased the trade-in value of my 2005 Hyundai [redacted] to $2,000, which better reflects the true KBB value.  Mr. C[redacted] also provided a corrected Odometer Disclosure Statement  increasing the actual mileage at purchase from 12 to 325 miles and additionally verified I was the original and only owner of my 2017 Hyundai [redacted] with 325 miles.  Apparently per Mr. C[redacted], as long as a vehicle has less than 500 miles, it can be sold as 'new'?? Lastly, I received a refund check for $150 for the $100 overpayment mistake made by Kendra B[redacted], caused by a promised $50 credit being recorded as an additional $50 charge. As Sheehy Hyundai's check was mistakenly written for $150 not $100, I gave Ewing F[redacted] a check $50 for their overpayment. Thank you, Revdex.com.org for your assistance.Sincerely,[redacted]

Ms. [redacted] did come in for an oil change and the oil cap was left off of her engine. Some oil did come out of the fiji tube and get on the engine and fire shield on the underside of the hood. The amount of oil lost was not enough to cause the low oil light to come on.Within a couple of days after cleaning the engine compartment of the car the charging system warning lamp did come on and was checked in the shop. It was determined that the atternator needed to be replaced. An alternator was ordered for Ms. [redacted]'s vehicle and replaced. # is very possible that the failure of the alternator was due to the cleaning of the engine compartment.Sheehy Hyundai has accepted responsibility for what had occurred and has made any and all repairs that resulted from the oil that had gotten on her engine. The smoking that Ms. [redacted] saw was from oil that had gotten on a hot exhaust pipe. The oil was cleaned off. The warning lamp likely came on due to water or cleaning solvent during the cleaning process.
