Shelby Fence

Shelby's customer service is awful. I sent several emails and Carol S promised me my concerns would be handled. She lied. I called back to speak with her and Johnna D answered the phone. She immediately cut me off when I tried to explain why I was calling. She then said she would just get Carol on the line and then she hung up on me. I called back and got Carol who immediately had an attitude and did not resolve my issue and told me I just have to speak with Garner. All I asked was they listen and they would not even do that. All this company cares about is money...they could care less about customer service. Carol even told me that it was my responsibility to talk to the builders that were building my neighbors fence . The issue is they came over MY property line and Carol promised me that would not happen. Again...she lied. This company is awful.
