Dear Mr***, First of all let me apologize to our unhappy customers for the bad experience that she hadI understand that it can be very frustrating when something goes wrong and you do not getting the answers you want to hear. Having said that, I understand that she has also
complained to The Shell Oil Company and they are doing their own investigations into this matter and I am sure if they decide that it was "bad gas" as her mechanic puts it they will get in touch with her.There are a few things that I would like to explain which may help with the understanding of the situationWe are the middle man and we sell someone else's product, therefore any problem with the product should be addressed directly to The Shell Oil Company which she has already done.2.Between this Shell station and the one across the street from us we sell thousands of gallons of gas everyday and again if it was a matter of "bad gas" we would have heard a lot more complains and many cam that would have ended up with mechanical problemsSometimes the mechanics try to make things over simplify by saying things like it is "bad gas".Again let me apologize for her bad experience but we believe that this was not a matter of "bad gas" (as I explained above) and the product that we sell.Sincerely,Mike K***

I am writing in response to ID* *** On 10-7-*** ***s purchased a 12xgarage door Initially he wanted standard white no windows, so we were going to order a basic model door, then he decided he wanted black flush panel design with windows Thru *** there was
only one commercial door he could choose from because he wanted black flush panel design So Pier One door sold him a model, black in color with glass and flush panel design like he wanted Yes it is the only model that we could get that way only order was then placed on October 8th after payment was received by *** *** We also stated the original quote was for $but when he changed his order that raised the price I was able then to call *** *** *** and have price over ride for *** to make door same price as original quote which was approved Before door could be installed all jam work had to be replaced Door orders normally take 1-weeks on all special orders When door came in Pier One Door installed door which was hooked back in to existing operator On 10-29-J*** wanted push buttons for existing operator which at that time Pier One Door explained to him we could no longer get transmitters for that operatorWe then showed *** what his options were if he wanted transmitters The operator that can handle his door is $he explained he didn't have that much could he go with a smaller unit we said yes we could it's $price of $but told *** it may not lift door properly That it could last a month or years not sure He stated that would be fine to tear out and haul away old operator so he could have transmitters So on 10-29-we installed a jack shaft series with *** knowing that operator may not last long and hauled away old operator, he never once stated he was keeping old operator or we would have left it like we do all our customers Door operator ran from 10-29-until April 17, when we received a text message from *** *** saying door came off track I sent a truck up to repair when repaired door and operator were just fine just needed lubricated, which is customers responsability but we warrantee it for him He thanked us for coming out so late and everything was good On 6-21-*** text again stating door was hanging So sent another truck out and replaced shaft *** stated parts were used (receipt attached) where they were purchased from *** *** We then had to get another shaft because he said they were used we spoke with *** *** in front of *** *** Part were clearly not used We then explained to *** his operator was failing And it would be the $as earlier stated Yes if he purchased right operator we will install for free and fix door back to new operator Matt Wyant, Pier One Door/ Owner July 23,

On 4/14/at approx8:40am, I entered the Shell Gas Station on Forsyth Rd in Macon, GA to purchase gas The advertised price was $per gal When I picked up the nozzle, prior to entering the nozzle in my tank, the meter ran up very quickly to When talking to the employee he stated there was nothing he could doI realize that is a small amount of money, but it appears to be fraudulent activityI did not make the purchase

We never left the vehicleEverWe never went inside until we were cleaned up and requested a refundThe attendant refusedHe directed us to contact ShellWe should have called the police! It's appauling that Shell is LYING and refusing to refund $18?!
That is what spilledMy car does not hold the number of gallons charged.
There is Video - assuredly - that proves we never leftThe attendant is a liarAnd Shell corporation is disgusting for offering no customer service.

Thank you for the opport1mity to address the issue our customer has recently expex:i.encedEach of the problems MsT*** has had with her heating system have been unrelatedThe pipe that burst was not a part of the installation of the boilerE & V Energy did aot install or replace the
piping in the heating system, only the boiler and the connections made to the existing piping. The second call was three years after the installation of the boiler and was for a faulty aquastatThe aguastat was not defective when we installed it but we did replace it with a different unit because of the problems we had heard of with the original unit. On the most recent service call we found water in the bottom of tlle fuel oil tankWe are not sure of how the water entered the tank or if it has built up over time But we have made an arrangement with MsT*** to take care of the water in the tank and repair the vent pipe on the tank. If you need any other information or have any questions, please let me know

After "taking" the course, be aware this is NOT a BLS (basic life support) class that is a requirement of most healthcare employers
This is a VERY simplistic class for the lay personThe certification given here only certifies that I have common sense It would in NO way imply that I am prepared to deliver emergency care They advertise ACLS recert also, will not try that! Would recommend healthcare providers stick to a AHA program

Horrible customer service!
This location claims to be a neighborhood one stop service center however they seem to be highway robbersSuch disrespectful and sexist people work for them; they think women are uneducated when it comes to their cars and charge them 4x more for labor and parts! I am so disgusted by such people who think women are second class citizens! I would not recommend anyone sending their wives or daughters to this location at all!

I am a manager at shell Gas station on [redacted] . I am sorry for any inconvenience because we have station computer problem and station was down 24 hours and technician came and fix the problem and station came back up 4pm and somehow technician make a mistake...

with a credit and cash price and when customer find out the price for the cash should be $2.35 but they got charged $2.45 and they complaint the cashier so he call me at home and I told him to give the difference back money to the customer and he did give money whatever overcharge back to the customer it was a mistake and a we are human beings so anybody can make a mistake and I came back from home and I correct the price and I manage this store for 10 year and we never had even one complaint from the customer. This not false advertisement this a mistake in the computer and there is no any history and pattern of fraud in this station and this station run under shell rules. and we respect our customer thank you any please call [redacted] or you can email me at [redacted]

As I recall on 2/18/2016 there was an incident at the pump#9 and #10. I was first informed when my cashier requested my presence at the register. She initially told to she had a disgruntled and abusive customer at the front counter. I tried to decipher what was going on from the information...

that the cashier had given me. She told me a gentleman on #10 put his money on the wrong pump. He put his $10 on pump #9. The woman on #9 pumped his gas. I went out to the pumps and asked the customers what happened. The woman told me she had made a mistake and she pumped #10's gas. I told her it was an easy fix. I explained to her that the best way to do this is to pay the man $10 for his gas. She then came up with an excuse that it would overdraft her card. I was a bit puzzled at her response. I explained to her if it was going to overdraft her card why is she at the pump trying to get gas in the first place? Then to my amazement she said she always does this close to a pay period so she pays the overdraft when she gets money. At this point I stated several more times mam just pay the customer his $10. She then said let me show you what I'm talking about. I told her to explain. She open up her card on #9 and started pumping again. She pumped $2.55 more gas in her tank. I immediately stopped the pump and told her I was calling the police because of her not wanting to repay the gentleman on #10. At this point the gentleman was discouraged by the way the woman was handling it and went inside to talk to my cashier. My cashier even offered to pay for his gas. He declined and wanted to leave. I asked him to stay until the police got there. While on the phone to the police they asked for her description. I told her that she was a black lady in a white shirt and grey kind of snake pattern pants. At that point she seemed to get an attitude about me giving her details to the police and called me a Fat #$%. She continued this way until she called her mom. She seemed to be trying to get her mother to come to the store. Not sure if it was to pay for the gas or add fuel on an unlit match. She as well insinuated to her mother that I was being discriminatory. I was on the phone with the police just about the entire conversation we had at the pump. The woman then got aide from another customer that must have felt sorry for her plight. The good Samaritan went inside and paid for the mans gas. The woman on #9 left and I waited for the police to arrive. The police arrived took the mans statement and mine. The gentleman on #10 pumped his gas and left.  Could things have been handled differently? Sure I could have not pursued the $10 repayment and paid for the mans gas on #10. At the time the man on #10 was a regular customer and I wanted to do what I thought was right. I have him as my witness and the police report from that day if necessary. This complaint was sent to Shell Corporate and down to the owner.
