Sheraton Hotel

We recently stayed at the Sheraton Buganville in Puerto Vallarta Mexico. My wife and I were traveling with her ADA certified Service Dog. We researched hotels in the area that were pet friendly and the Sheraton Buganville came up as the only one. When we got there we were told that we could not eat in any of the restaurants except for the exterior area of only one restaurant. My wife is disabled and has PTSD. The management made no exception for us and upon realizing that smaller dogs were allowed into areas we were not spoke volumes as to what the management does to people with real service dogs. We saw about 3 other smaller dogs on the property in areas we were told not to go to and we felt slighted because of this .My wife's dog Dakota is a Belgian Malanois. Apparently the management was intimidated by such a dog. This got so bad that we resorted to taking dinners in our room which we were charged a delivery charge. Talk about adding insult to injury. I brought this to the managements attention but it fell on deaf ears. If this is how the Sheraton conducts business in Mexico regarding people with disabilities then yes we are angry that this happened to us. This would never happen anywhere in North America.

Garage door made a huge bang on a Sunday late morning Called Randy and couldn't believe how lucky we wereNot only did he pick up the phone but he came out within two hours We've used him probably since he first started his business We moved here in 'and we've never called another garage door company He's friendly as all get up, works quickly and efficiently, explains everything you need to know, answers any questions, recommends all available options and we've never felt that we've been overcharged for anything he's ever done for us Everything works perfectly when he leaves and it works for a very long time Gave his name to my neighbor and he came out the same day My neighbor texted me and said he was as good as I said he was What else can I say other than I hope he never retiresThanks for being there for us!

I contacted Alpha Omega Garage Doors on 3/7/I had some hinges that needed to be replaced and some other miscellaneous problemsThey were able to come out the same day and quickly complete the work for the amount quotedExcellent service!

Randy was very pleasant, courteous, and efficient when installing new torsion springs on my garage doorHe was helpful in showing me how to ensure my garage door was functioning properly and how to properly maintain it
He remove all his refuse and left a clean and neat environment

Alpha Omega Garage Door Company was recommended by my neighbor, who has used them a couple of times over the past yearsRandy came out today and evaluated the situation, recommended what needed to be done and corrected my broken garage opener, replaced the wheels, programmed the remotes, as well as the key pad

Of all the companies that have done home repairs for us, Alpha Omega Garage Doors is by far the most honorable and thoughtful. It is one thing to do a repair, but it is quite another to do it with integrity. Furthermore, their work is great and their prices are very reasonable.
