Pfister's response to the Revdex.com's query is as follows:"Case [redacted] the order has been shipped for the parts requested. Another case has the same order so you have double for spares on case [redacted]. Sorry for the delay in the orders."The case numbers provided do not match the cases sent to me and I cannot access them on Pfister's web site. Furthermore, due to the poor grammar I cannot understand what this statement is supposed to mean.The case numbers for my case are [redacted] and [redacted], neither of which match the cases numbers in Pfister's response. The first case number last received a response from Pfister on March 18. They have stopped allowing me to post updates to this case. The latter, which was a follow up case opened when they stopped responding to the first, has received NO response from Pfister.Thank you for your help in this matter.

Hello [redacted],    You have 2 units on the way as the 1st order was too late to cancel.  There was a delay with the move in the warehouse and the wait was 1-2 weeks to process and ship.  Sorry for the delay.  Case [redacted]  10/23/2017

I have not received any Check from Pfiester. I will be receiving a new statement soon including late fees. I would like Pfiester to pay for the late fees as well. I would like for Pfiester to also include a check of $15/call due to the amount of time I lost during my work hours (5 hours). An hour/call. I believe this reasonable after all the months I've tried to resolve this issue. As soon as I recieve the new statement I will forward it to Pfister.

Pfister sent [redacted] (previous owner) 2 replacements which had the same defect and did not work.I called and all I got is 2 small plastic parts; I hired a plumber who put them on and I still have the same problem (no hot water).The product is DEFECTIVE and does not work. Stating you only replace parts is shameful. You discontinued this product & removed it from the market because it had so many complaints on your website. You need to honor your warranty and stand behind your product by either replacing the 3 faucets with ones that work or giving us a refund to buy different ones.
