Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
[Your simple answer of we only work by email is a lie. I have called your company and received over 10 calls from your company. They were calling to discus changes to my shipment, why else would they call? My phone records prove that your company called me numerous times. Your company did not even know my vehicle left the port until I called them to let them know that the freight company called me and let me know. Then your company emailed me to confirm what I already told them. Then they did not email me the correct information for shipping. They still had the boat information from the past shipment on the invoice. They also sent me two different emails with different storage charges. This was the email I received on April 16th: "If you can get the documentation to [redacted] for customs clearance before this date I can advance the sail date. Keep in mind that storage fees are $10 a day . The last free day of storage will be 4/22". This was the email I received on May 20th: "I advised you that you were given 20 days of storage without any fees being charged. I was wrong, I apologize. The port only allows 10 days of storage without any storage fees". I was called and emailed by different people who did not even have the correct information. If you can prove (just saying Im wrong is not proof) that any thing I have said is incorrect then please do so. Im reading through my old messages and notes and this is who Ive spoke to; [redacted] and [redacted] are 3 people I spoke to on the phone at different times. Some phone calls I did not keep track of because I was in my car driving at the time./ [redacted] and The Shipoverseas Sales team have all emailed me. Your company has multiple people calling and emailing me about this shipment and they are not all tracking the same information. They did not know when my vehicle left the port and when it arrived. They were still emailing me about my shipment when I already had my vehicle.]

The details of this matter are as follows:Complaint Involves: sans-serif; font-size: 12px;">Billing or Collection Issues Customer’s Statement of the Problem:I had a truck and personal items shipped internationally, using Ship Overseas. I contacted them regarding additional costs charged due to misinformation on the arrival date by which I was charged for storage at 35 euro, per day, for the first 7 days and subsequently 70 euro, per day, for the remaining days from July 20, 2015 - Aug 18, 2015. I also reached out to them regarding a brand new expensive hand bag that was stolen from the top of one of the shipped bins. I packed all of my bins personally and I watched the shippers wrap them in heavy plastic before placing them on a pallet. When I went to pick my things up, the plastic was missing, the bins were dusty, disheveled and some were broken. I tried contacting the company by text, email and phone to determine how to get a refund for the storage and place a claim for my handbag, since I had purchased the shipping insurance. I have not heard back after waiting approximately one week and following up.,Complaint Background:Product/Service: Overseas ShippingPurchase Date: 7/20/2015Problem Occurred: 8/3/2015Model:Account Number: [redacted]Order Number: [redacted]Talked to Company: 8/3/2015Talked to Company (2nd): 8/24/2015Talked to Company (3rd): 9/4/2015Name of Salesperson:  Purchase Price: $6648.66Disputed Amount: $2219.30 Desired Settlement:                      I would like to be refunded for the first 7 days at 35 euro per day, upon which I do not believe my items were arrived and an additional 7 days for which after July 27th when my things were to arrive, I was not contacted, but the company allowed time to accumulate. I would also like to be compensated for my stolen handbag. The total refund requested, is below and includes current exchange rates and depreciation for the handbag. $2219.30 ______________________________________________________________________... /> I having being studying your complaint and am very confused at your comments.
Your total Purchase Price was $3222.00 and not $6648.00 as you indicated . Your refence number is [redacted] and not [redacted] as you indicated. Are you confusing us with someone else ?
I really am also confused at what you are saying.
You were sent by Fedex your arrival notice and address for pick up in Spain. You signed receipt and the rest was up to you to contact the agent concerned. If you chose not to contact them before arrival to make arrangements, that was your decision and if you did not contact them after arrival that again is your decision.
You incurred expenses as you cannot expect the Agent in Spain to hold a container which belongs to the shipping line in his premises at no charge.
He gets charged per day for not returning the container to the port as the shipping line needs to use the container for other customers. Why you decided to let matters lay is your decision and I cannot be responsible for your inability to pick up your goods.
Attempts to contact you were made by the agent in Spain. He has told us he made numerous attempts with out response . Also, I repeat we sent you by Fedex our arrival notice and contact agents details.
Finally, it seems to me as if you are claiming for expenses incurred in Spain and those are not payments which we received. I doubt whether you will get any refund as the agent in Spain was charged by the shipping line for holding the container excessive time.
Sincerely
Ship Overseas, Inc

I shipped a vehicle through Shipoverseas Inc. to Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, and they gave me an estimated delivery date that was June 8th 2015. It is June 11th and the vehicle has not arrived yet. When I contacted the agent in Saudi Arabia, they told me it was shipped to South Korea and they left it there for a month. Now, the estimated delivery date is July 6th 2015, so it will arrive a month late.

Your reference [redacted]
I have taken note of your complaint and have contacted the shipping line to find out if this was actually an error on their part  and when the vehicle will be arriving at destination.
I really regret the delay as I know you have been inconvenienced. I expect an answer within 48 hours.
I want to advise you that I have asked for compensation but will also point out to you that our booking confirmation indicates that we as the Freight Forwarders are not responsible for delays or change of arrival times for any reason whatsoever.
As soon as I have a response I will advise you.

Thanks

Dear [redacted],
The cargo had arrived in Jeddah.
The itinerary was below

Hueneme           April 26

Pyungtaek          June 13

The transshipment took longer due to vessel congestions in Korean local ports and consequent impacts to operating vessels there.

I apologize for referencing the wrong account. I have contacted the correct company which is Ship Overseas.  My total transaction was as I stated, and included fees that I paid to you and to your counterparts.  I paid you for a service which you then sub contracted to other companies, leaving the choice out of my hands.  I was sent the FedEx material in August, several weeks after my things were told to arrive. I never received a call nor was any message left from your company or either of the companies you worked with to ship my items.  When I spoke to Miron, he informed me that I should not have been charged so much money for storage and that they should have contacted me. When I originally reached out to your company it was to determine the actual arrival date which you stated was July 27, 2015 and the company in Spain stated was July 20, 2015, which is where the difference in cost came into plan.
I then tried to reach your company regarding a stolen handbag and the condition of my things upon receipt of which I received no response by email, phone or otherwise. The agent in Spain was improperly charged by the company you selected to work with which is my I'm reaching out to you, because I originated the purchase with you and I purchased insurance to cover my items through your company.

I shipped a vehicle from Georgia to Germany with Ship Overseas. The experience was poor; here are the abbreviated facts.
1. Ship Overseas didn’t pick the vehicle up on the prearranged time window, resulting in me having to leave it with a third party for pick up.
2. Ship Overseas told the third party they would pick it up at a certain time, they failed to show again- twice more.
3. When they failed the pickup they tried to blame it on the third party, saying he wasn't there, which was a lie. The truth was that the truck never showed up- twice, which I confirmed with Ship Overseas’ sub-contracted trucking company.
4. The coordination with the European shipping agent was a mess. No one knew what was going on and it caused me to have to act as an intermediary between ship overseas and the European shipping agent; causing me a great deal of stress while I accomplished Ship Overseas' job.
5. When they attempted to return my title, they sent it to the wrong address. When I made them aware of this they suggested I contact FedEx to correct the error they made. When I insisted they fix their failure, they said that they would, and then reported that everything was fixed. However the online FedEx tracking showed that they had done nothing. So I called FedEx myself and they stated that no one had made any corrections to the incorrect address, so I did it myself.
6. Throughout the process the agents from Ship Overseas were either rude, absent, or didn’t respond to my emails/ pleas for help for days at a time.
