This complaint is regarding the Shop N Save located on [redacted] Today at 9:AM I purchased a contract wireless card for my phone and paid $The card will not activate and Shop N Save refuses to give a refundI have my receipt and tried to resolve the issue very shortly after leaving thereI tried to resolve this with someone behind the customer service desk but she kept saying it was a gift card which it is notI would like them to work with me

Was at the checkout and they would not accept my check They told me that there were insufficient funds in the account I went up to the customer service counter and they tried to run the check, but again was told insufficient funds and that I would have to call their corporate office to get this resolved I talked to their corporate customer care department and they needed additional information to resolve the issue They then came back and needed additional information that I would not provide (additional account numbers) This was an error on their part and not an insufficient funds issue The person that I talked to (Katie) was really not very nice on the phone Not sure if this is really resolved, but does not really make any difference, will not be shopping there again

I went to the Shop n save location at [redacted] ***, Festus, MO on September 13, I bought bottles of [redacted] energy drink the product was manufactured by [redacted] and distributed by [redacted] ***On September 15, I consumed about 1/of the product before I realized I was swallowing spoiled milkSoon after I was quite illI vomited for hours straight and the sickness was so violent that I managed to black an eye and break my glasses as I was so sickI still have the bottles and both were sold to me already expired by monthsI have been in contact with SNS headquarters and I have received a letter and a phone call saying to call [redacted] [redacted] said to contact [redacted] as they are supposed to check the expiration datesThe only assistance we received from [redacted] was an offer of quality coupons for [redacted] products.I accepted the offer but it would not compensate for my issuesNo one is addressing the problem

I purchased gift cards for $each on December 11, and gave them to friends as a gift The recipients of the cards tried to use them on January 3, to pay for their meals and were told the cards had no balance on them I contacted Shop n Save and was told they knew there was a problem with over gift cards that were not activated, and gave me the phone number of *** to call for their customer care and they would activate the cards After providing them with all information, I was given a case number *** and told I would be contacted within hours I contacted them on January 5, and was told they were "checking into it"It is now day and I have not been contacted

We attempted to contact the customer today to gather receipt information to see what happened with this gift cardThe voicemail for the customer is full and we cannot leave a message for her to contact us back with receipt informationWe will email her to get further information about what

The store has mold on the fruits and veggies at all times, there are flies in the store every time I visit I have gotten poultry from the store and it has been spoiled / rotten / should not be consumedThe stickers for sell by / freeze by isn't even closeI can bring the food home and try to cook it the same day and it is not goodI have cooked the food on the stove top in my oven in my air fryer and it doesn't change the fact the the food is rubbery chewy and has caused my family to become ill from eating there I bought beans several times and each time I cooked them they would not soften The only time this happens is when they have sat past the shelf lifeThis store should be closed down do to the mold and expired meat they are sellingI have been living in this are for year and the last months I started going to this store I spend 300/ month on grocery and I have thrown over one thousand dollars down the trash due to the store not selling acceptable food items I h

I purchased an Essential Everyday Sweet & Salty Nuts breakfast barsWhen I got home I noticed the expiration date was  April 17, Also, when I walked out of the store a man very aggressively asked me for moneyI called customer service and was told someone will get back with me

Last month I purchased packs of Hunter hotdogs which were on sale for cents per pack at the StAnn Shop n Save store(store number ***)I noticed from the outset when I opened and cook the first pack that something was not with meat The hotdogs did not smell normal, for Hunter hotdogs; when I broiled in my toaster oven, the outer skin was very hard to the touch; they did not taste when I ate them I ended up eating a total of two packs, and pitching one pack, of the batch of packs which I had bought About two weeks ago, I the Hunter hotdogs went on sale again for cents per pack; at the end of that week, the same hotdogs were reduced to for a dollar I bought two packs to see if they were still not "normal" I broiled one pack, with the same result I did not return to the store, as I did not save my receipt, although Shop n Save's point of sale cashier network could probably retrieve the purchase information What I did do, when I had cooked o

My friend, *** ***, accompanied me to Shop 'n Save on Christmas Eve to get a few items As we were leaving, driving toward the east side of the Shop 'n Save parking lot, we stopped because there was a car in front of us preparing to make a left turn There was also a car behind us Out of nowhere, there was a bump/jolt to my car We initially thought the car behind us hit us As the car sat behind us, I exited the car to find that a Shop 'n Save cart had blown into my car (it was pretty windy that night) I viewed my car and found some damage from the cart Ms***, who was with me, encouraged me to inform management what happened, since she I recently purchased the car I eventually went into the Shop 'n Save store to inform management of the incident and filled out a report
