Horrible Customer Service
It is extremely rare for me to ever write a review on any business Matter of fact, I have never written a review on any business, however, find it necessary in this instance I visited Shop n Save today and had the displeasure of meeting *** I enter ***'s line and she never spoke or even acknowledge me I, the paying customer, had to speak first...and was ignored So, I stared at her and decided to speak to her again and she grunted "fine" No smile, no greeting just a look of discontentment and irritation from *** After scanning my fruit, she never told me the total..she did not even have the common courtesy to hand me my fruitSo if the management look at the cameras, they will see that I had to literally reach over the counter to get the item I paid forI just don't get how such people are employed in guest facing rolesAnd why management would put such a rude soul on the front lineI sincerely regret purchasing anything from this shoo n save and honestly wish I would have just walked out People should be acknowledged when they are good at their job and people should be acknowledged when they're not..*** is not and is the sole reason I will never spend my money at this location And I reckon, *** and deterred many other customers from shopping at this location as wellShame on you ***I did leave a customer comment card at customer service but doubt that proper management will ever see it

Good Evening,We have received this complaint and are addressing it. The customer stated he would like 20.75 as compensation for his hard and bad hot dogs. We are going to issue $25 in Supervalu/Shop N Save gift cards to the address listed to cover the amount paid. This customer did not contact us...

This is our Insurance adjuster and they would be the best ones to reach out regarding your illness after drinking the [redacted] Product. If you are trying to locate more information regarding the production of the product or information as to how this happened or what went on in their plant you will want to reach directly out to the makers of the product. I am rejecting this response because:
They are saying that they have turned the complaint over to the insurance company but the insurance company is not doing anything either. They are giving us the run around. They will not return the numerous phone calls we have made. We are not happy with this and it is unacceptable.
