I rated you a AS A COMPANY AS A WHOLE - my primary experience has been with remodeling only, and they do very good work having to "go back to fix" is not something that department allows as a standard highly recommend there team, that being said they work well with the rest of the crew to make sure it runs seamlessly I called for a onsite estimate and they were in sterling same day before 1pm that was fantastic I was however a bit off put with the receptionist abilities to provide what would be considered a reason to hand over my corporate credit card They had no answers for any questions and that really concerned me they knew how much my quote was and why but couldn't tell me what that meant? VERY good on the phone - I would just get them more cross trained for VERY general questions from clients who have gotten a simple estimate :)

My water heater went and after the installation my plumber informed me that I would need an electrician to install a box and run longer wires to the water heater as the original metal covered wires were not long enough for the new water heaterHe recommended Service Pros and he sent a text to Mike S*** to give me a quoteMike called me back the same day (Saturday) and he arranged to come by on Monday for the quote and repair if I was willing to move forwardMike was great and installed long enough wires to accommodate any future water heatersWhile I was writing Mike a check he noticed that a case around one of my kitchen recessed lights was missingI told him that I had to remove it because the inner case had come loose and I could no longer have both the cover and the bulbI had struggled to put it back myself and it had stayed that way for 6+ monthsIn matter of a few minutes he put it back for me and showed me how to install the case in case I had trouble in the futureHe didn't charge me extra and he seemed genuinely glad to help me outI highly recommend Mike and Service Pros

I've used Service Pros for regular HVAC maintenance for the first time this spring I liked them much better than the previous company The service technician explained everything to me in a way I could understand He went into my attic and the previous company I used never did that There were no acharges and he gave me some ideas for things to listen for
I then had a plumbing emergency They came out right away and the plumber was as good as the HVAC technician He diagnosed the problem quickly and was able to repair it with no fee outside of the service call fee which I thought was a reasonable fee He also explained what was wrong in a way I could understand

I called Service Pros in the morning, I needed a bathroom exhaust fan replaced that wasn't working I had company arriving tomorrow and needed it replaced quickly Brad arrived in the early afternoon Brad was very helpful, providing advice on the new exhaust fan I purchased prior to him arriving He installed it in no time and it works perfectly He was knowledgeable and did a great job

We had a leaking dishwasher that flooded our kitchen in the morning while we were at work I called Service Pros in the afternoon, and a very please lady scheduled us for a visit by a plumber that afternoon Edgardo arrived a few hours later He was very courteous and knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed the problem We will be asking him to install our new dishwasher in the futureIt was a pleasure to work with Edgarto and the whole experience was pleasant This was a refreshing experience

I needed a same day job done to get my shower working again I was referred to Service Pros in the late morning and Edgardo was able to come out around 7pm He was friendly and able to figure out the problem and happened to have a part that would do the job Everything works so I am very satisfied Would use again

I've contacted Service Pros twice to have electrical work done They sent Mike who is one of the best electricians and contractors that I have dealt with Mike is a very sharp electrician, extremely personable and does an excellent job He does such great work that I contacted Service Pros and requested him for my second visit Mike and Ross did a great job and in record timeService Pros sent me an e-mail with photos of the electricians scheduled to do my work the day before Mike called me the day of to say he was on his way Mike even helped install the connectors for my Nest Protect Smoke/Carbon Monoxide detectors If you need a service pro, I recommend this company and ask for Mike You will not regret it

After my first floor was flooded, due to a blocked underground pipe, Service Pros was recommended to me by my home maintenance company, who told me that they were the only plumbers they referred their customers to David came out with his crew, Edgardo and Ervin, and identified the problem and then resolved it with the incredibly high tech gear they use and cleared the blocked pipes until they looked like new They kept me informed of what they were doing and why every step of the way, showed me (via a camera snaked through the pipes) where the blockage was and the condition of the pipes, and then worked for eight hours straight with no breaks to clear the blockage and then clean the pipes I was extremely impressed with both their work ethic and their work They even fixed a broken toilet without being asked and without charging me for it --- just because they noticed it wasn't working I really couldn't be happier with any company and I will use them exclusively for my plumbing and electrical needs in the future

Service Pros sent Edgardo to install some new bathroom fixtures in two bathrooms (sink, tub and shower in both) They were very professional throughout providing a written estimate very quicklyThe information was complete and reasonable (I did get other estimates) I had used them before, so had a level of trust already I was quite pleased with the results Edgardo was very considerate and helpful He really knows what he is doing I will definitely use them again should I need any plumbingThanks to everyone at Service Pros!
