Mike and Ross have been wonderful to work with! This is the second time they have come to our home, and both times they have left our home in better condition than it was before they arrivedThe first time, they helped us to get a water bottle off of our roof - not at all in the electrical work scope they were doing - but so helpful! And, the second time, Mike warned me that he'd found the floorboards in our crawl space to be rotting While that was not good news, the fact that he found it and told me about it was a HUGE help in that we could then get that problem addressed Their electrical work has been very high quality and we will continue to call them whenever we have a need! I've used Service Pros for regular HVAC maintenance for the first time this spring I liked them much better than the previous company The service technician explained everything to me in a way I could understand He went into my attic and the previous company I used never did that There were no acharges and he gave me some ideas for things to listen for
I then had a plumbing emergency They came out right away and the plumber was as good as the HVAC technician He diagnosed the problem quickly and was able to repair it with no fee outside of the service call fee which I thought was a reasonable fee He also explained what was wrong in a way I could understand

I have used Service Pros twice in the last days and am extremely satisfied with the professional service I received Brad replaced bathroom fans, installed new recessed LED lights and relocated a chandelier for us A few weeks later Edgardo came and replaced our garbage disposal Both technicians were professional and very knowledgable in their trade I would use the company again

Edgardo came over to correct a plumbing issue in our basement bathroom He service was excellent He was kind, and polite Took a great deal of time to explain what he was doing Went out of his way to ensure all our questions were answered I definitely plan on using them again for our next project
