I did not select the shipping company and last time I checked your company name was Ship Overseas and not Perez or Prestige Shipping, two companies of which you work with who handled my items after I paid you fees to have my items shippedI never hired or paid money to either of these companies for service.I am not saying that I am to be refunded all money, but the money I was charged for storage during the time of which you provided miscommunication and did not release to me the proper documents Also if there is a claims process I only asked to be provided with the information, which request also went unnoticed and whether or not the effort should be worth it should be left up to me and not your company to decideYour communication through the Revdex.com is the most active communication I have had from your company in over weeks

My phone records prove that your company called me numerous timesYour company did not even know my vehicle left the port until I called them to let them know that the freight company called me and let me knowThen your company emailed me to confirm what I already told themThen they did not email me the correct information for shippingThey still had the boat information from the past shipment on the invoiceThey also sent me two different emails with different storage chargesThis was the email I received on April 16th: "If you can get the documentation to [redacted] for customs clearance before this date I can advance the sail dateKeep in mind that storage fees are $a day The last free day of storage will be 4/22"This was the email I received on May 20th: "I advised you that you were given days of storage without any fees being chargedI was wrong, I apologizeThe port only allows days of storage without any storage fees"I was called and emailed by different people who did not even have the correct informationIf you can prove (just saying Im wrong is not proof) that any thing I have said is incorrect then please do soIm reading through my old messages and notes and this is who Ive spoke to; [redacted] and [redacted] are people I spoke to on the phone at different times.Some phone calls I did not keep track of because I was in my car driving at the time./ [redacted] and The Shipoverseas Sales team have all emailed meYour company has multiple people calling and emailing me about this shipment and they are not all tracking the same informationThey did not know when my vehicle left the port and when it arrivedThey were still emailing me about my shipment when I already had my vehicle.] Regards, [redacted] ***

The customer corresponded with us directly and we sorted out the problem and gave him a $for his inconvenience.The reason for the problem was the delay in the US mail delivering our payment to the shipping line , who refused to re;ease the vehicle until the payment was received.This has now been sorted out , the customer received their discount and he has his vehicle[redacted]

In response to your complaint, I advise as follows.Ship Overseas did not lose your title documentsThis was indeed done by [redacted] ** (PER [redacted] - PACKAGE STUCK IN CUSTOMSCASE) ID: [redacted] This was subsequently found and your vehicle was shippedUnfortunately, this sometimes can happen and the only way to overcome such a situation is if you yourself had to physically go to US customs, stand in line and wait for them to inspect your vehicle and title of ownershipThis is not convenient for most people and not possible in many cases.Your vehicle arrived the day before New Year in our loading terminal in New JerseyIt was sent as you ordered, in an open car carrierIt was picked up on time and unfortunately there was a lot of rain and snow at that time of the year and your car arrived in our terminal very dirtyHad you elected to have enclosed transport, which costs more money, your car would not have been dirtyPictures were taken on arrival and have been submitted to you.Your car was not brand new as you claimIt is a model.There appears to be damage to the vehicle which because you are insured, the Insurance company will entertain your claim.The Insurance Certificate was forwarded to you to make the claim.I apologize for the customer service representative for his words in saying you had zero chance to be paidIt was not his decision He clearly did not look at all the facts.Your vehicle sailed Feb This was as quickly as we could ship it as you were in a shared container and shipping only occurs once the container is filledAt that time of the year, business is slower due to weather and it takes longer to fill the containersWe would have liked you to have received your vehicle earlier but it was not possible under your contractWe are not responsible for these type of delays which is beyond our control.Please make your claim through the correct channel and I am sure you will be satisfied.Once again, I apologize for the actions of the customer representative

I apologize for referencing the wrong accountI have contacted the correct company which is Ship Overseas My total transaction was as I stated, and included fees that I paid to you and to your counterparts I paid you for a service which you then sub contracted to other companies, leaving the choice out of my hands I was sent the FedEx material in August, several weeks after my things were told to arriveI never received a call nor was any message left from your company or either of the companies you worked with to ship my items When I spoke to ***, he informed me that I should not have been charged so much money for storage and that they should have contacted meWhen I originally reached out to your company it was to determine the actual arrival date which you stated was July 27, and the company in Spain stated was July 20, 2015, which is where the difference in cost came into plan.I then tried to reach your company regarding a stolen handbag and the condition of my things upon receipt of which I received no response by email, phone or otherwiseThe agent in Spain was improperly charged by the company you selected to work with which is my I'm reaching out to you, because I originated the purchase with you and I purchased insurance to cover my items through your company.________________________________________________________________________... have no counterpartsTe fees that you paid to the Customs Broker or agent in Spain have nothing to do with my companyThey are totally independent I realy have no knowledge of what you paid themWe never subcontractedThis is the shipping procedure worldwideYou have to get a agent or customs broker to clear your container and legalize your belongings in a foreign countryThere is no other wayYou got your own agent or customs broker.You were given the the information by *** in my office on July that the container was on an Express Release and had arrivedThis meant that your Customs Broker had to go and collect your container which would have been released to them without a problem immediatelyWhy did he not do that ? Maybe he did and added on extra dollars for his pocket ?You had the information and was suppossed to have advised your Broker to pick up.As far as the Stolen Handbag is concerened unless you made a list of your contents it is difficult to prove that the handbag was missingYou are welcome to put claim in for your hand bag but there is a deductible of $per claim so it may not be worth the claim.I am sad that you feel cheated but we did all we could do to make this a successThe breakdown came with either you failing to notify your Customs Broker in time or his failure to act immediately.I will not be able to make you and payment as I never collected the money you are referencing and it was not my company

Yes they refunded on my credit card but that was on their endWe never agreed that would settled itI spent an extra $in fees because they kept lying to me about the problemSo it's my fault for shipping with them so we need to split the bill 50/They gave a credit so would be the balanceIf not I will continue with my legal plans

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Please check attached documentI am willing to accept your apology regarding the poor customer service and rudeness of the agent, but there is still one last important thing you need to fix sir before we can settle this and not go for legal action, which is fabrication and falsification of documents, see attached this is the copy of the signed cheinspection that was both performed by *** *** - *** *** *** that I put in charge to deliver the car to your driver and of course your driverFirst the car was in immaculate condition, extremely clean and polished, and zero scratches as the inspection shows, signed and agreed upon by both partiesThen, after the driver takes the car and starts driving, I received an email from ShipOverseas that the driver had an engine problem and he had to stay one week in some garage to fix his truckFor some mysterious reasons, the truck driver decided on his own to add to the original document that was already signed, sealed and copy given to *** ***, the driver decided to add to it "Very Dirty condition" yet up to this stage he didnt say anything about any damageThis constitute falsification of legal binding document under federal law sirAfter that, the driver delivers the car to the port to be loaded in the ship container where under the responsibility of ShipOverseas my car was damaged as investigated at the moment the car was received in *** ***, by customs and SeaBrook ShipOverseas could of admitted these facts and acted ethically but this was not done, instead they filed the first falsified document (modified first inspection) but they did not even stop at this point , they also took pictures after my car was damaged and said that I gave them the car in that damaged condition lying about the inspection once again, and they submitted those pictures to the insuranceAt that moment, the account manager said "I have zero chances to get any claim" of course If you falsify and fabricate evidences every time a consumer encounters himself in the same situation, you might get away with it and steal the consumer right, but not this time sirsI have also read on Revdex.com and other online sources many bad reviews and similar experiencesBut I have legal documents here, and testimony from a very reputable *** seller *** *** in MissouriI suggest you take back all the inspections that were fabricated from the insurance claim, and pictures, and only include legal and correct documents that were signed by both parties without any later modifications, which clearly shows that I have the right to claim and be paid for every single damageIn the case you refuse to, I already spoke to my lawyers and I am ready to take legal actions at any costYou sirs are responsible as a company for the unethical actions of all of your employees

Sir,I regret the damage to your vehicle.The procedure is for you to go to USAA and lodge a claimThey in turn will claim against the Shipping Line Wallenius WilhelmsenHad you wasted money on more Insurance with our Insurers that would have become a secondary claim without any satisfaction to
you.Please make your claim with USAA soon to avoid a time lapse and they are aware how to rectify the matter. Thanks *** ***President
