This customer was sent a full refund in the mail approximately 2-3 weeks ago.  The refund amount was $39.76.

Review: In the spring of 2015 I received a letter in the mail from SI Payments with an offer to renew my subscription to [redacted] which was to expire in August of 2015. I sent in a check with the form requesting a three year renewal of the magazine. The check for $99.12 and dated April 21, 2015, was cashed by the company. But there was no indication on my magazine account that the subscription had been renewed. In late May, I reached out via email to Sports Illustrated. They responded in a timely manner and said that they had no direct selling arrangement with the company but said that sometimes it could take 13 weeks for an order to be processed. SO I waited and waited and finally renewed the subscription through [redacted]. This past week I checked the Revdex.com website and found similar issues from other subscribers with this company. So, following the Revdex.com's advice, I am filing this complaint. Thank youDesired Settlement: I would like to either get my money ($99.12) back or get credit for the 3 years of subscription to [redacted]

Review: I paid (by check) a 3 year subscription to [redacted] for my husband ([redacted]) from Subscriber Services of Elk Grove, CA on June 19, 2014. They cashed the check for $99.12 on June 27, 2014. We never received any issues of the [redacted] magazine. Many attempts to call them were never successful. We can only leave messages and never have received a return call.Desired Settlement: At this point I would like to receive my money back. If this is not feasible, I would settle for three years of [redacted].

I am rejecting this response because: The current subscription (which was attached by the business) was handled and paid for by my husband dealing directly with [redacted]. According to [redacted] ([redacted], Agent #[redacted], Subscriber Services is not an authorized agent for [redacted] and the current subscription was not paid for as an Agent order. Also, I paid for a 3 year subscription through Subscriber Services. I did not receive a 3 year subscription. My husband paid for a one year subscription in September 2014 (directly with SI) and paid for another one year subscription in April 2015 (directly with **) so that is why he has a September 2016 end date, which is on the attachment. We have not received anything from Subscriber Services pertaining to our [redacted] subscription.

The information you been provided with from the SI agent. Some agents do give out the wrong information regarding the independent subscription agents for SI, there are over 850 agents that than handle orders for SI. We do show that the order was submitted and has been reflected on your subscription account and that SI has confirmed that the free NFL [redacted] t-shirt was mailed to your confirmed mailing address and was not returned as unbelievable.

I am rejecting this response because: The subscription that my husband is receiving was placed with Time Customer Service, not [redacted]. I called [redacted] and they do not have any record for a renewal of a THREE year (or any length of time) subscription for my husband or me. Once they receive a subscription from an independent company they place the order with **. I called ** again and they DO NOT have a subscription from [redacted] for my husband. [redacted] checked and they do not do business with Subscriber Services and they have NOT placed an order for SI under my husband's name. Forget the [redacted] T-shirt. I DO NOT care about the t-shirt, but I do care about the $99.12 that I paid Subscriber Services and never received anything for my money.

Review: This company is not affiliated with [redacted]. They send out a mailer that states "renewal notice" and claims that you will receive an [redacted] jacket for renewing. [redacted] is aware of this scam and according to them "their lawyers are attempting to shut down their web site". Therefore you are sending them money and they are not providing you with a product.Desired Settlement: Stop these people from taking people's money.

Review: In Feb. 2015 I sent a payment of $39.76 to renew my SI and also to receive a Denver jacket. As of this date I still have not received jacket or confirmation that my subscription renewal starts Aug. 1. I have called twice and left messages to call me regarding this. I also sent 2 emails and again no response. As of now I would just like my money back. The check was cashed on 3/2/15.Desired Settlement: I just want to receive my money back and no longer want to deal with this business.
