Review: Received mailing offering a discounted rate for subscription to Sports Illustrated. Mailing used SI logo and otherwise represented themselves to be either SI or affiliated with them. I sent check in May for a renewal subscription. I contacted SI and they claim no knowledge of the renewal and no affiliation with this California business. Reading Revdex.com's comments on this business other SI customers have been similarly bilked.Desired Settlement: If business is fraudulent, notification to California State Attorney office for investigstion. If legitimate, refund of monies as I renewed subscription direct with SI.

Complaint #[redacted] "not resolved". Business indicated receipt of refund within 5-7 business days beginning 7/29/2015. Refund has not been received as of 8/13/2015. Business has not responded to email sent on 8/11/2015 regarding refund.As initially requested, either my receiving a refund or notification to California State's Attorney office for investigation of business's practice.

Review: In September 2014 I renewed my sports illustrated subscription thru thesipaymentsevices website for 5 years. I recently noticed that the subscription ending date on SI had not reflected this renewal. I called SI and they said no renewal was processed from sipaymentservices and that sipaymentservices was not one of their partners. I have tried to contact the company using the email address provided by paypal but so far no response.Desired Settlement: Since this company is not a SI partner the only option is a refundof the 137.20 I paid this company. I am pretty sure I did receive the promised tee-shirt so a small part of the 137.20 is rightfully theirs(nomore then $10.00). If this company is not authorized by SI how/why arethey allowed to operate.

This customer’s account was researched and an error did happen with the processing of the order. We have resent the order for service and will update in 1-2 weeks. The free Ravens NFL team jacket was also mailed and the customer should be receiving the jacket in the next week or two.

Review: I received a renewal notice for Sports Illustrated Magazine. I sent a check in the amount of 39.76 on November 22, 2014 to renew. I have just been contacted by the "Real" Sports Illustrated to renew, they know nothing about the company Subscriber Services, stating that it is a third party sales company. They will be forwarding a copy of the renewal and information to their legal department. I can provide a copy of the renewal notice if needed.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund in the amount of 39.76 sent to me at:[redacted]And I want to be removed form their mailing list.Thank you,[redacted]

Subscriber Payment Services has been in business since 1986. We clear all of our orders through a clearing house for agents called [redacted]. [redacted] is authorized with Sports Illustrated to clear orders. Subscriber Payment Services and it's divisions are connected with [redacted] an authorized fulfillment service for Sports Illustrated and they have been an authorized fulfillment center since 1954.We will issue a refund to the customer.

Review: S.I. Magazine comes from Fl. They have no record where I paid subscribes services in Cal. Cancelled check enclosed. S.I. in Fl. say they have no S.I. in California. please find literature and copy of cancelled check enclosed. Will be glad to talk to member of Revdex.com. Thanks.Desired Settlement: All magazines they promised – 280 copies.

Review: On February 16,2014 a check was written in the amount of $69.44, payable to Subscriber Services, for 112 issues of Sports Illustrated per a flyer that I received from them. At that time my current subscription expired in July 2014. The check was cleared at my bank on 02/25/2014 with a reference number of [redacted]. I never received my magazines. On 11-13-14 I called the number listed on their flyer, ###-###-####, received a recorded message to leave my name and phone number and they would return my call-no call was made to me. I sent an email with all of the above info and received a response back on 11-14-14 stating "please provide us with your exact name and address as it read on your subscription along with your account number as it appears on the top line between the 2 # signs. Once we receive this information we will correct your subscription within 2 weeks". I replied on 11-15-14 with the following info:Mr. [redacted]Account Number-[redacted]Later that day they replied "your subscription has been adjusted and corrected and will resume in 2 weeks". As of today, February 1, 2015, I still have not received any magazines!Desired Settlement: I just want the 112 issues of Sports Illustrated that I paid for in good faith. Being a senior citizen I should have known that the flyer was to good to be true. I do have copies of all correspondence plus the flyer.

Review: Received a Sports Illustrated renewal notice Aug. 2015. I renewed subscription for 5 years and sent a check for $137.20 according to the renewal notice. Months later, I'm receiving renewal notices from another Sports Illustrated address. I contacted the second address ([redacted])and they had not received payment. They noted my concern and wasn't aware of a partner in [redacted]. I then contacted initial subscriber services in [redacted] in which I sent my check and inquired status of subscription? I was told my check hadn't been received.

I have contacted my bank and check was cashed.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund for $137.20 and I'm not interested in the free NFL Game Day jacket.
