There are no toxic on the items and two different technicians came back with the same report a faint smellAs of now we have not hear back from the consumer that the smell is still thereIf they are still have issues please contact customer service

The warranty states that if the items are repairable than this is what needs to be doneIf the item cant be repaired further action would be taken, the roomstore will honor the warranty to repair the defective items

Again ........The consumer made a payment of on February 2016, The item was not in stock so therefore was not delivered at this time we will be refunding the and any other refunds will have to be field with the bankruptcy courtThis is all we can do Thank You The RoomStore

The consumers items were pick up on march 3rd as stated by the consumer and her refund was done on April 1st this is with in our refund policy of to banking days as stated in out important customer information booklet(See attach) if there are any other question please have the consumer call the corporate office Thank you The RoomStore

The Roomstore is following the warranty and we do not show that the [redacted] recline handle has been replaced that many timesand we will still stand be hind our warranty Thank You The RoomStore

The consumer purchased the items back in April of the manufacture carried a year warranty (see attached document) and the RoomStore had a limited life time warranty (years)As you can see the warranty is no longer validAt this time The RoomStore can provide a company who could service the items, also the manufacture is out of business Thank You The RoomStore

The consumer purchased over a year ago she has had service repairs have been made they have spoke with store managers and customer services managers emails were received this is why the consumer was allowed to reselect to a different pieceAs for the delivery there would be a fee if that was the only items going to [redacted] hover we will call the consumer and if they are willing to wait for other deliveries we will deliver for freeThe consumer has been contacted and was offered that option Thank you The Roomstore

I stand by my assertion that this set is defective unless The Room Store would like to argue that it is for their furniture of this price to break down to the point of being uncomfortable/unusable after just a few months Regards, [redacted]

The items are being exchange and the exchanged was keyed on January 13th and the consumer new thisThe accusations from the consumer are she was very difficult to schedule with and this is why we exchange the item as a courtesy The consumer was given a warranty certificate # [redacted] which explains what is covered and what is covered and rips and tears are not, I will attach a copy of this documentAt this time The RoomStore will exchange the item but any further warranty issues we will follow protocol.Thank You The RoomStore

The consumer purchased items In February of along with a year extended warranty which only cover what is listed on the warranty(A copy will be enclosed)The consumer called in April of with a complaint that the leather was peeling this is not covered under the year warranty but is only covered years through the RoomStore(Copy will be enclosed.) Purchased reclining couch,loveseat and rocker from Peoria AZ RoomstoreSeptember- called to repair couch and loveseat.February- repairman from Quality Furniture Inventory shows up at 7:30PMSays he's worked all day and is exhausted but will do what he can1/hrs later he has to order partJuly part is in man comes to repair1hr later he has to order another part! Just got call part will be in 6-wksI am sitting on a none reclining couch with a broken seat and slanted back...thats the part he fixedRoomstore heard our complaint but never did anything about itQuality Furniture told us repair is done once a month for our areamiles from Anthem AZ, repair man says they are in Anthem every Tuesday

The RoomStore replaced the handle but the consumer still thinks the arm needs support we will pick up the item and reinforce the arm for the consumerIf any other manufactures defects occur we will be more the happy to repair per our warranty Thank you, The RoomStore

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I tried to get the Roomstore to replace or refund for the whole set because they sold be an inferior productAccording to their service pledge in writing it states after hrsthey will repair the merchandise bringing it up to manufacturers specifications, replace it or allow in store credit if the item is unavailable from the manufacturerIf replacement is necessary we will deliver to you if the original merchandise was deliveredOn 10/13/I addressed an email to [redacted] and [redacted] at corporate office because I wanted out of this faulty sofaI asked for a full refund of all furniture or exchange for full purchase priceI was told I had two options to get it repaired or pay 25% for usage towards new furniture and pay for deliveryThats not what is stated in there service pledge to all customersThey are not honoring there store warranty because they are not bringing it up to manufacturers specifications because if they we're they would not have to keep coming out to repair on a consistent basis which is every month or two months or soWhen my year warranty ends I am going to be stuck and they know it and they don't careOn the important customer information pamphlet I received from the Roomstore after my purchase it statesAt the Roomstore our number one principle is "We care about our customer." The roomstore is the most unprofessional company I have dealt withThey took my money knowing they were in the process of filing bankruptcyThey promised to fill my order then promised a refundI have not received a refund or my furnitureEverytime I called them I was told another lieThe store would tell me one thing then tell me to call corporateCorporate would tell me something completely different and then tell me to call the storeMy phone calls to the general manager went unansweredThe local manager was no help at allThey are complete fraudsIf they do end up reopening stay away from this company
