She cheerfully called earlier than the previously scheduled time frame and asked if I'd be willing to get an earlier call by a technician that was in the neighborhoodYes I was and Greg P [redacted] showed up minutes later, replaced my filter and explained why it was sparking He explained a notification my thermostat was trying to tell me and gave me a suggestion to keep a more stable temperature in my homeHe was so helpful and has quite a sense of humor too

I had Sierra Air-conditioning to our home to do the winter service of our furnaces and I also had them service my water heaterMatt did a very thorough and complete inspection of our heating units and made sure they are operating at maximum efficiencyMatt also drained my water heater, changed the anode and cleaned and adjusted the flame so it also works at maximum efficiency Matt was a great representative of The Sierra Air- conditioning brand and he explained everything before he did anything I would highly recommend Sierra Air- conditioning, you will not be disappointed!
