She cheerfully called earlier than the previously scheduled time frame and asked if I'd be willing to get an earlier call by a technician that was in the neighborhoodYes I was and Greg P*** showed up minutes later, replaced my filter and explained why it was sparking He explained a notification my thermostat was trying to tell me and gave me a suggestion to keep a more stable temperature in my homeHe was so helpful and has quite a sense of humor too
