First, we regret that the consumer is experience this inconvenience. However, this is a contested claim. The windshield repair was done before he owned the vehicle. The warranties for the vehicle have long since expired. The windshield installed is adamant that he properly
and correctly installed the windshield. However, to assist the consumer we made an offer to assist with compensation. We do require a full release to accomplish that assistance. There exist no warranties between consumer and La Mesa RV to which he could avail himself. Regretfully, our position remains unchanged.*** ***, CCR Manager, La Mesa RV Center Inc

While we regret any undue delays and improper installations that may have occurred, La Mesa RV is not able to restart the consumer's warranty as that warranty is issued by the manufacturer The consumer is welcomed to contact the manufacturer directly and make this request but we cannot
unilaterally extend his warranty. As to the request for compensation or reimbursement, La Mesa RV's service work does come with day, 4,mile service contract on parts and workmanship If we did an improper installation or repair, our obligation is to correct the error The terms of the service contract specifically negate incidental expenses or do not cover such expenses I'm sorry but we cannot abide to this request. As it sounds as if the original issue is corrected, we hope consumer will have many years of use and enjoyment of his 5th wheel.Thank you.** ***La Mesa RV

The consumer is correct that this vehicle was missing its accessory box. And the end result is that the consumer was compelled to get the box on his own from the previous dealer. We're very sorry we weren't more help. The consumer also mentioned that we promised to reimburse him
for some fuel expense and that is being right now.We offer our sincerest apologies for this inconvenience.Thank you for bringing this to our attention.*** ***, CCR Manager

We're very sorry that the consumer retrieved the accessory box on his own. Our service department, by way of explanation and not excuse, was unaware that the accessory was located with the previous dealer and attempted to secure same from the manufacturer. The dealer preparation fee includes many items in preparation of the vehicle and not a single event. Nonetheless, it is regretful that we did not do a better job for this consumer.Thank you.*** ***, CCR Manager, La Mesa RV

I understand the consumer's position Thank you for your interest in this matter.* ***

We regret that the consumer had to make repairs to the roof of his motor home. But it not really the roof that is failing. The roof seems and other areas where components are attached are sealed with the sealant. The sealant is a petroleum based product that deteriorates naturally
over time. Weather and storage conditions can have an effect on this process. Hence, all manufacturers require consumers to periodically check the seals and repair or replace when and where necessary. This is considered a maintenance item. Unfortunately we do not establish manufacturers' warranty terms and conditions.Thank you.** *** CCR Manager La Mesa RV

As of this writing, the manufacturer has agreed to provide the requisite system to ensure that consumer's levelers function with the remote control. All other systems, so included, have been addressed.Thank you for bringing this to our attention.*** ***, La Mesa RV Center Inc

The consumer's weight numbers may be accurate. But that is precisely why it is incumbent on the consumer to understand how he plans to use the towable and what he expects to carry. For instance, he carries a tool box, step and cover, a pet dog, and loads the front of the towable. Removing those items puts him under the payload. We cannot anticipate every configuration possible and plan accordingly. The consumer must familiarize himself with the limits and plan accordingly. In this instance, he can simply remove those items. Regretfully, while we understand the consumer's position, we believe he is wrong and our position remains unchanged.*** ***, Corporate and Customer Relations Manager, La Mesa RV Center Inc

All patients
who are seen at Doctors Care
sign consents for treatment in our facilities. In that consent there is a statement that
reads “I voluntarily consent to any and all health care treatment and
diagnostic procedures provided by Doctors Care and its associated physicians,
clinicians and other personnelI am aware that the practice of medicine and
other health care professions is not an exact science and I further state that
I understand that no guarantee has been or can be made as to the results of the
treatments or examinations at Doctors Care.”
After
review of the records for both visits it has been determined that standard of
care was appropriate and therefore we do not favor removing charges for
services rendered.

Those records arrived Monday October 10, and are being processed. The consumer will have them sent soon. Thank you.***CCR Manager, La Mesa RV Center Inc

We have investigated this complaint and conclude that service procedures were not followed and as a result we agree that some repairs are owed the customer. We are working with the customer to make those repairs. Since she is unable to bring the vehicle in for repairs, we are awaiting
diagnostics and estimates to issue appropriate approvals.Thank you.*** ***, Customer Relations Manager, La mesa RV Center Inc

We regret that consumer is experiencing these issues. There are two issues she mentions, 1) damage to her vehicle and 2) an alternator diagnosis. The damage that consumer noted was under carriage damage. The damage appears pre-existing and evidence of weathering is present.
La Mesa RV has a detail process for identifying and remedying any damage caused by personnel. This damage does not appear to have occurred in our custody. We could not identify any area where this damage could have occurred. the consumer cannot produce evidence that the damage occurred in our custody. If this were done with us, we'd be happy to remedy it. The alternator was not worked on though the service advisor may have received a misdiagnosis and conveyed same to consumer. We apologize for the confusion. But no work or charges are related to the alternator. We regret the consumer's poor experience and welcome all comments but we do not have enough information to conclude the damage occurred here.** ***La Mesa RV Center Inc

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. This is not a resolution, this is a dealer that sold a camper with over needed repairs as a "new" RvI gave la Mesa Rv the opportunity to make these repairs which they did not and are the only service center in the are that I can take it toI also think the dealership is responsible to inspect all units prior to selling which they did notIt costs me over $in expenses every time I go pick it up and take it to la Mesa Rv to repairI want what I paid for from la Mesa Rv, I did not buy it from the manufacture and these issues where their prior to being mislead into buying it with the understanding that it was in new working condition which it was notIf la Mesa Rv wants me to bring it in for a third time, I want compensation for my timeLast time we had it there, we had to call the dealer for updates over times and was finally told the repairs had been made when they in fact have notI took the day off to take the Rv there and to pick it up losing two days of payThe dealership needs to resolve this not the manufacturer or myselfI have signs being printed as we speak and will practice my right to freedom of speech at all thier dealerships starting Friday at noon if not resolvedGod bless and I hope the dealership chooses to do the right thingI would also like this to be handled by someone other than the gentleman currently handling it do to his offensive language and lack of professionalism or sympathy
