[ I'm not sure why I had to pay $for dealer prepwhen I had to retrieve the parts box (80) mile round trip to World Wide RV in Mesa AZ and then install all the parts after having to read all the install instructionsI waiting for a month for them to do what I paid them to do and La Mesa RV in Phoenix AZ would not even return my calls or answer my e-mailsI had to go direct to the manufacturer and they were extremely helpfulI would think that refund of the $or some part is the correct response I should have received from La MesaIf La Mesa RV thinks that nothing is due for my time and effort than La Mesa RV is not a place that anyone should do business with.]

We certainly understand Mr***'s frustration. And we wish this on no one. However, there is nothing other assisting with repairs that we can do. We have contacted the manufacturer and conveyed to them Mr***'s position. We are confident that they will also be anxious to assist.Thank you. *** ***

We certainly regret that the consumer is experiencing issues with her coach. Unfortunately, as she mentions, it only leaks under certain conditions.La Mesa RV has addressed and made all repairs indicated by the complaints.We would be happy to provide the consumer a copy of the repair

I BELIEVE MR *** IS NOT CLEAR ON WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE, SINCE THE SERVICE PERSON DIDNT WRITE DOWN ACCURATELY WHAT SHOULD BE DONE. THE REPAIR WAS THE SHOWER STALL IS PULLING AWAY FROM WALL, THE HANDLE WAS NOT REPAIRED, THE LINING ON THE EDGES WERE OFF, THE BORDER MOULDING AROUND BATHROOM DOOR IS CRACKED, THE MOLDING ON SEAM ABOVE BED IS COMIMG OFF, AND LA MESA SAID THEY REQUESTED REPAIR ON THE BLACK WATER TANK, WE NEVER KNEW THAT. WE NEED TO CLARIFY AND NOT SATISFIED UNTIL HE ACTUALLY PAY FOR REPAIRS. *** ***

We're very sorry that the consumer's unit is experiencing some repair issues. However, all issues are being covered under warranty and are being repaired as quickly as possible.At this time the unit is useable with only cosmetic issues to address. We are awaiting a replacement part to

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted]. Heartland reviewed our case and after finding that we were correct in our statements and what the 5th wheel should have been equipped with, is having La Mesa fix the system so the keyfob will run the front and rear jacks. We are happy that Heartland took the time to review this issue. As for La Mesa and Mr. [redacted], as of this  date, they never have reached out to apologize, [redacted]'s arrogance is definitely hurting La Mesa's integrity.  As of today, our 5th wheel is at La Mesa having the work done. We truly hope this will be the last time we have to deal with that company and would never recommend them to anyone.

It is regretful that Mr. [redacted] has experienced issues with his Trail Runner.  His Trail Runner comes with a manufacturer's limited warranty.  Both the manufacturer and La Mesa RV are more than happy to assist Mr. [redacted] in having proper repairs made to his Trail Runner.  Mr....

[redacted]'s request for a refund is not a remedy available under the warranty or purchase agreement.  At such a time as Mr. [redacted] is willing, he need only contact his local service center and we'll be happy to assist with repairs.Thank you.[redacted]

[I have a warranty your company sold me that is absolutely worthless. I took my rv in to get it checked when ac went out and the service department told me that it would cost to get it checked and warranty would not cover. What is your company going to do to help solve my problem I have with la mesa. I like to send business but right now I will turn anyone looking to buy away.

A generic clause does not excuse their "bait and switch" tactics. Clauses are signed with the assumption that a patient will receive a reasonable standard of care in the first visit. That did not happen in this case. I'm sure THEIR case notes state otherwise because they are one-sided. Also, being denied the right to speak to the "supervisor" in charge of making any financial decision is unacceptable.

They sent me a copy of my bill. That it need to be paid in full by March 3, or they will send to collections.  I plan to pay it before then. Thank you for help in this matter.

The issue in this case is the cost of repairing the carburetor in the generator.  In this instance, per the consumer's retelling, there was an extended period wherein the generator was not used.  What happens is that fuel coagulates in the small orifices of the carburetor and prevents the...

generator from properly burning the fuel.  This is a well documented maintenance issue common to all generators.  The manufacturer's owner's manual instruct consumer on properly maintaining the generator to prevent this very occurrence.As to the contention that the vehicle may have manufacturing defects, this is a matter better addressed to the manufacturer under the warranty provisions, if any are still in effect.We regret that the consumer has to expend money to make a repair occasioned by the lack of maintenance but there is nothing more we can do.  We did in error, write on the repair order, "need to replace generator" but that was an omission error, it should read, "need to replace carburetor in generator."Thank you.[redacted]

We completely understand the consumer's frustration.  But irrespective of fault, the end result is that the consumer was not charged anything for service.  And after a thorough review, the items she alleges are missing were not lost here.  Unfortunately, there is nothing more we can do.Thank you.[redacted], CCR Manager, La Mesa RV Center Inc.

We understand the consumer's desire and we wish would could provide it however, the refrigerator is covered by a Norcold warranty as well as the warranty provided by the coach manufacturer, or some portion of it.  Regretfully, the refrigerator manufacturer determines the appropriate repair and...

the manner of effecting that repair.  The service center cannot offer the consumer a new refrigerator unless that is authorized by either Norcold or the coach manufacturer.  The consumer is invited to contact either and make his desires known.  We wish we could offer more assistance.  When we last checked the refrigerator it was functioning as designed.

We have reviewed the consumer's complaint and we concur, there should be better communication with our customers.  We hope to learn from this experience to improve our processes.  We wish the consumer well.Thank you.[redacted], CCR Manager
