customer was never told the vehicle would be shipped to Tallahassee from Gainesville. When we found out through Nissan Consumer affairs about the customer concerns, we contacted her immediately. We offered to send her a check to fill her tank up and her salesperson also apologized for the misunderstanding about the delivery of her vehicle. If the customer came to pick-up the vehicle it would have the same mileage on it, no matter if she drove it or our delivery driver drove it. We offered to deliver the vehicle to the customer, to not inconvenience her since she disliked her local dealer. Our dealership has a extremely high CSI score and would not have done anything to mislead a customer and change out reputation. P.S. However, given the fact that there is still an outstanding balance on the vehicle, once the emailed forms were printed out, I would need the original signature mailed back for the protection of both parties. At that point, Ms. St Louis stated that she’d just come in to sign the forms and abruptly ended the call.
