Ms. [redacted] came in and we sat down and had a nice conversation. I apologized for the inconvenience we caused her and for the entire situation not being handled in a better manner. We took back the car and never processed her payment for vehicle. I hope she is satisfied with the resolution.

Hello, My name is [redacted] and I wanted to respond to the customer complaint we also received.  The customer purchased the vehicle online through our internet department, due to the price being several thousand less than her local dealer. After reviewing the emails sent back and forth, the...

customer was never told the vehicle would be shipped to Tallahassee from Gainesville. When we found out through Nissan Consumer affairs about the customer concerns, we contacted her immediately. We offered to send her a check to fill her tank up and her salesperson also apologized for the misunderstanding about the delivery of her vehicle. If the customer came to pick-up the vehicle it would have the same mileage on it, no matter if she drove it or our delivery driver drove it. We offered to deliver the vehicle to the customer, to not inconvenience her since she disliked her local dealer. Our dealership has a extremely high CSI score and would not have done anything to mislead a customer and change out reputation.  P.S.
