Not having a large workforce and the ability to accumulate a ton of income sounds worse than it is.
Because with a large workforce comes inconsistency: varying skill levels, quality, and overall respect for this trade.
An investment as critical as the heating and cooling installation in someone's home comes with stress, anxiety, and worrisome families.
We want to create a situation for each of our clients that allows them to rest assured. Assured that things are going as they expect and that their investments are in the right hands.
We want our projects to go smoothly for our clients, without the anxiety that comes with new home improvements. It's about offering my customers my respect for their homes, family, and the HVAC trade.
Listen, I want to make money, and lots of it, but not the increased stress and anxiety that comes with it. In the HVAC trade, there are too many companies that are quantity focused rather than quality.
Silicon Valley Comfort is a small family business. It's just my fiance and I. Together, We provide 20 years of trade experience for our customers. We continue our education to be at our best. We are contributing members of the largest HVAC associations in America.
The ACCA writes the book of Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning designs, trade regulations, and standards. Silicon Valley Comfort has been accredited by the Air Conditioning Contractors of America (ACCA) Quality Assured (QA) program.
We educate each of our clients regarding their home's heating and air conditioning systems. We work alongside them, which helps them understand what it takes to correctly do these projects. We show them how to maintain it all once we're finished.
When projects operate with close communication between the homeowners and ourselves, our customers are much more aware of how the system works.
They're also much more mindful of the importance of maintenance and what it takes to keep their new equipment running as we've designed it. Our reputation means more to us than a quick buck.

Very pleased with their service. My previous contact with *** and Nina was last year, when my A/C went out on (naturally) one of the hottest days of the year. I agreed to pay a higher price for an emergency visit, and they were outside working on my compressor at 11:00 pm, with flashlights, until it was fixed. This time around, I wanted to get my furnace cleaned. *** quoted a reasonable price for "light maintenance", but said if it looked really bad when he opened it up, I could decide if I wanted to go for the complete overhaul (much more expensive). They ended up being about an hour late, but texted me to let me know, and I knew they were just being extra-thorough on the job before mine, so I was OK with it. *** checked the unit, said it didn't look too bad (he didn't try to gouge or upsell me!!), so he did the light maintenance. But what's even better is that he ALSO fixed a rattle that had been going on for several years. Others had tried and either failed, or hacked a temporary fix, or said "that's the way these things are", but *** stuffed himself inside the unit until he tracked it down. Something about an inducer something-or-other. And the rattle is gone! These guys are meticulous about their work, gave me ideas for when I eventually replace my unit in the future, and were very nice to work with. Would definitely recommend and will use them again in the future.
Great AC service on a weekend! Answered all my questions, and they stuck with their reasonable quotes. Highly recommend! Will be back for our furnace replacement. Thank you Silicon Valley Comfort, it's difficult finding reputable shops.
We've had a great experience working with *** and Nina from Silicon Valley comfort. They were easy to contact and we were able to schedule an appointment very fast. Upon arrival, they quickly diagnosed the issue we had and provided us with great advice and recommendations regarding the next steps. Once we agreed on what we wanted to get done - having our old AC and furnace replaced - they were very helpful in guiding us through the necessary steps. During this initial process, they quickly answered our calls and messages and we felt confident in our decision to go with them. One of the most impressive things anout *** is how much he knows about ACs, furnaces, and installation process. And beyond that, he is always learning new developments and approaches in the field. He also often thinks outside the box to give you the best experience, customized to your situation and your home. For us, he creatively devised and implemented a way to keep our upstairs rooms cooler. He loves what he does, and does his job thouroughly, with great attention to details. He would rather get it right, than rush it, and we really appreciated that. Nina is great with explaining what will be done and very friendly and easy to talk to. She also keeps her knowledge on all things AC fresh up to date. *** and Nina are a great team and it was a pleasure to work with them!

Please note, I do not write reviews...and I just had to write one for Silicon Valley Comfort. I called SVC on a Saturday night at around 9:15 PM and he was at my door by 10:30 PM. He stayed until 11:50 PM and had me back up and running by the time he left. And no, I did not mistake my AMs and PMs. SVC provides 24/7 service. He did not rush through any of the work and was extremely thorough - ensuring he checked every possibility so that he made sure the problem was fixed.
My husband travels a lot so when something goes wrong, I am at a loss as I have two kids and trying to make service appointments is a nightmare (cause either we have to sit at home for hours waiting for someone to come or they are screaming and I can't even talk to the person). So having SVC provide a service in the evening when my kids were none the wiser was wonderful.
Price wise...I thought for sure it was going to be expensive for not only a weekend call but an evening call, but he was so reasonable...I actually wanted to pay him more as I felt he did an amazing job and was charging hardly anything. Definitely would use SVC again and recommend SVC to anyone.
from Silicon Valley Comfort came out on short notice after hours on an emergency call to diagnose the issue with our AC unit. He diagnosed the problem very quickly, had the part in his truck and was able to fix the problem in under an hour. He was very professional and knowledgeable and did a great job. I would definitely recommend *** and Silicon Valley Comfort to anyone who has any HVAC issues and he will be the first person I call if I have any issues in the future.

I live is San Jose CA and had trouble finding a trustworthy h-vac contractor. I had called a few Craigslist h-vac contractors and they both pulled a no call no shows. I was very discouraged but I tied again and found *** and Nina.
They both are very professional and very seriously knowledgeable regarding my h-vac issues.
They set up an appointment and got a very reasonable below cost quote. I signed them up and they got the job done in a timely manner.
Super great job clean and very efficient.
So happy with the results trustworthy people.
I will refer them to family and friends.

The folks from Silicon Valley comfort are PhDs in HVAC, and are seriously some of the most knowledgeable people I've ever experienced as it pertains to cooling, heating, air flow, and optimal HVAC configurations.
Our tenants reported that the air conditioning in our rental home had stopped working, so I called Silicon Valley Comfort.
They were there within 24 hours, had the problem corrected far better than I expected, and gave us a comprehensive report that literally blew my mind (in a good way).
Pricing was very fair, response time was amazing, and I feel that I got a quality repair at a great overall value.
Plan to work with Silicon Valley Comfort moving forward to optimize our HVAC system in the coming months.

I just wanted to give a huge Thank You to *** from Silicon Valley Comforts for the awesome job on getting my home and family ready to face the hot summer days and nights by replacing our old ac unit. *** was straight foward and gave me proof and explanation on why my ac unit was better off being replaced. He also gave me cheaper options to decide on if replacing my ac unit was too much to do right now. Now that I appreciate when I am presented with options!
