SCF frequently works with debt consolidation companies, provided the company provides SCF with a properly signed and notarized power of attorney (this requirement is in place to ensure that only authorized parties may receive customers’ personal information)However, SCF does not have any records of contact from a debt consolidation company on Ms*** behalf and has not received the cease and desist letter to which she refersSCF also does not attempt to garnish any of its customers’ wages
Per Ms*** request, SCF has added her to our do-not-call listAdditionally, after a review of Ms*** file, SCF has marked this account paid in full and will not collect any further payment on this accountNo further monies are due or owing.

On July 6th I replied to Silver Cloud resolution offer accepted. I informed them by phone on July 7th that we are so much in the hole that we would need time to send them the lump sum. Response was that was fine. And that electronic authorization had been revoked. So we would not have to worry about additional withdrawls from our account.

The terms of the loan, the payment schedule, finance charges and the annual APR were disclosed to Mr. Fisher in the loan contract, and he signed the contract and agreed to the terms of the loan before SCF issued the funds.
 
SCF is committed to excellent customer service and has decided to waive the finance fees for the remainder of the loan. We encourage Mr. Fisher to contact customer service at 855-254-5430 to arrange a payment plan for the remaining balance at his earliest convenience in order to resolve this matter.
