Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:all papers signed was on the first sales phone call at no point I was advised that contract starts on the end of the phone call before I get the terminal and I am locked in for years if it dos work for me or not and I did not know any thing about the pos there is more than on line complaints on [redacted] for the same scam and a law suits with the state attorney general silveredge is subcontractor for that manual entry of data was not an option since I was sold a machine that upload and no manual so every time I get an invoice I don't have to spend the time on entering data every thing I was toled on the phone was a lie , it dos nothing of whats advertised , terminal was shipped more than weeks later than the contract date and as the contract for the lease says it should been recived and installed by silver edge and none of that happened tremnal did not meet my business customer requirement so I toke silveredge word and got an POS that dos not work for my business but its my problems now and I was offerd either upgrade to another and pay more or read the contract basic I got a phone call and was toled what I want to hear and signd thinking its a respectable company and I got an pos that dos not work for me and I closed the account after a week of having it on the sales floor yet silver edge charges to cancel the merchant account and stuck with a lease for year on a terminal that is settin in my storage amazing customer service Regards, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I agreed to buy a POS that uploads by it self no needing silveregde help to input data (top of the line software )the offer of input the data manually from silveredge is not an option since silveredge have no bar codes and no file could be uploaded to the pos so its not a function that every invoice I have or ill receive for years to come every or days of the week have to mail to you to input data in to the system [redacted] have no batch report and I know the respond its coming soon but that no option since coming soon have no date and its been coming soon since the release of [redacted] at no point in the sales call was addressed that its a locked lease the pos was in the store for a month not operational we spent more that hours inputting data the pos was on sales floor for days and had many problems making sales finaly on silver edge web site it dos state © Silver Edge The [redacted] trademark and logo are owned by [redacted] ***., a [redacted] companyAll other trademarks, service marks and trade names referenced in this material are the property of their respective owners.I did hire a lawyer tried of silveredge wasting time and insisting that I am the only one with issue according to data on line I am on many that have the same issue [redacted] silveredge have managed to waste my time and lots of money spent of a POS system that was opposite of what have been advertised to me on the sales call Regards, [redacted]

Mr***, Thank you again for your feedbackJust to clarify and address your complaint, your POS system financing contract is not with *** ***The correct POS system financing company is listed on your signed agreement and in your monthly bank statementThere are no complaints against the company we chose to partner with for this serviceYour agreement includes full service and support as well as warranty for all equipment through the term of this agreement including software license, version upgrade and 24/support - all included in one monthly paymentYour POS system is fully functional, and SilverEdge offered to input everything needed to make sure it adhered to you needsI am sorry that you decided not to take that route, as we have been extremely successful in providing this service for hundreds of our clientsOur records do show that your first payment on your contract was assessed seven days after you signed for delivery of your systemSilverEdge did offer an option to replace the POS system with upgraded equipment and functionality, and did inform that it would be at a higher monthly cost replacing your current costs, but there was no price quotedIf you would like to take advantage of this offer, please contact SilverEdge SilverEdge would be happy to continue to discuss your agreement and hope that you will take advantage of what was agreed to by you and SilverEdge at the outset of our relationship

Dear [redacted],At the outset of installing your POS System SilverEdge visited your location twice to help you set the system up and troubleshoot your internet network issues. SilverEdge provided at no cost a router to stabilized the connection issues you faced. You told the SilverEdge tech that you did...

not want to upgrade your internet/modem due to an issue with your internet provider. You continued to experience internet issues and SilverEdge offered to replace your payment device to help troubleshoot the issue, but you declined. Based on your gateway processing records your system is operating and functional a major portion of the time. Your system configuration/programming was inputed and designed by you, SilverEdge did not receive any requests for help. You have submitted inventory catalogs recently, and those have been handled and inputed quickly. Recent phone calls to our support team have been answered quickly and resolved. If programming issues still exist SilverEdge wants to help resolve them. [redacted], even though you have been verbally abusive to the SilverEdge tech and support team members you have requested help from, and in some cases hung up abruptly in anger, the SilverEdge team welcomes any request for help, and will do so with professionalism and courtesy. Based on our mutual signed agreements we cannot offer refunds or cancellation.

I am rejecting this response because:This does not address any of my concerns and despite what you wrote, is only one perspective to the whole story. The POS system has not functioned correctly from day 1.
