I have emailed repeatedly to get this resolved and no one responds.
Poor customer service.

Have tried getting hold of the business via there only email address several times and leaving a message on the phone number you have listed on the Revdex.com site with no response at all. I have purchased 2 *** that according to the site NEVER expire but when I went to use 1 it does not recognize the voucher. Trying to place an order but can’t until this conflict is resolved. Would like to speak to someone in their customer care department to get this fixed so I can place an order

. Per your request I am sending you both voucher redemption codes. I only tried the first one as *** will not resolve an issue if the voucher has been viewed by consumer so got the second voucher number directly from ***. The one I attempted to use was ***, the second voucher number is *** . The funny thing is I STILL have not got responses to the emails or phone message I done to your customer service. Sad that the only way to get a response is to file a complaint with the Revdex.com.

I'm very sorry, that the other voucher didn't work. It looks like it was expired so I extended the expiration date until October 2018.

This voucher code is now active.

I placed an order with this company via their online website. I submitted payment via my credit card on their site.

They charged my card and sent me an email confirmation of the order.

They never sent me the product.

I have sent numerous emails to their customer service address both via their website contact page and directly by replying to the email the company sent confirming the order. I also left voicemail at the number listed on this Revdex.com site for the company.

The company has completely ignored every one of my emails and phone calls.

We are deeply sorry for the delay, we are currently out of the 10 foot lighting cables, would you like to exchange it for something else or would you prefer a refund? We will upgrade your wall charger to a dual wall charger for your trouble.

I ordered several items ( 1 *** lighting cable, 1 *** 6/6S case, 1 *** 4.0 ***) on Septemeber 29, 2017. I never received a confirmation email but the amount of the purchase was deducted from my bank account. I attempted to contact the site via the instructions on the site on November 10, 2017 but I have still yet to receive a response. The date is now Nov 27 and I have still not received my order, been contacted by the site or received any type of confirmation emails.

I ordered several items (1 set of earbuds with remote and mic, 2 white wall chargers, 2 lightning to usb 10 foot cables, and 3 *** 6 Plus armbands) on August 31, 2017. I used a groupon which was good for $150 and also used my credit card for the remaining $9.56. My card was charged the same day, and I have yet to receive my order, or any response from the company.

I have attempted to contact them on two occasions, once via their website and once via email. It has now been almost two months since my purchase. I have ordered through this website twice before and have had great experiences both times; however, am extremely dissatisfied with their lack of communication or effort to send the items I purchased.

Once again we are terribly sorry for this awful delay.

Two orders were made on September. 8th, 2017. Two confirmation emails were received regarding the purchases with no estimated date of delivery.

No items received as of October 19th, 2017. Two emails were sent to *** on separate occasions requesting the estimated date of delivery. No response to both emails.

Absolutely terrible product. I've had the *** forever because there was nothing to choose from. Everything was always out of stock so I purchased the earbuds (6 of them) and the first pair fell apart in about 2 hours. I plugged in the second pair and they're hanging on by a thread. Never again will I purchase from this place and I will stick with ***. At least it's not a hassle to order good products from them.

I ordered several items from this company on 5/24/17. I received the items, but 3 *** 7 charger cables I purchased for $29.99 each do not work. I have tried repeatedly to contact this company thru emails and get no response back. They do not post a phone number on their website so I cannot contact them any other way. The items in question are 10 ft *** 7 charger cables. All 3 cables do not work.

I ordered a cell phone case with the Smartphone Mall company via their website, on 6/14/2017. I received notification on 6/16/2017 via email that my order # has been shipped. The notification had the correct shipping address listed on it which included my PO Box mailing address as well as my physical address so either way the items were shipped I would be sure to receive them. I tracked the shipment using the tracking # I was sent which was via the *** services. The form stated that the item arrived in the main Post Office (which all mail processes through before transferred to the town I live in) and on June 17 it was to be delivered to the my local Post Office. Then on June 20, 2017 it lists that it was undeliverable as addressed in in the local post office. So I called my local Post Office and was referred to the main Post Office. Speaking with the PostMaster there I was told it would arrive at my local post office on 6/22/2017. Late on 6/22/2017 I went to the Post Office to pick up my regular mail intending that the package from The Smartphone Mall would be there . I showed the clerk at the post office all my paperwork on the shipment. She looked again and there was not a package there. So she entered the tracking info onto their computer and told me the package was sent back to The Smartphone Mall because they did not have the proper mailing address listed on the label it was not listing all the information my order form indicated . To date I have emailed them three times about this issue, no response, no re mailing of the item ordered or CREDIT ON MY CREDIT CARD USED to make payment. I called the phone number three times that is listed on the website contact section and it goes to some voice mail. I left a message on that and still no one has contacted me or sent the product again . s
