Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me The answer from Simons agency is acceptable Regards, [redacted]

We are in receipt of Mr [redacted] complaintFor clarification, although MrDorfman claims he made a payment on 4/18/2016, he actually made the payment on 4/19/at approximately 1:pm As it relates to his credit report, we do not report to credit bureaus on a daily basis but instead report in a periodic cycleMr [redacted] payment was received on April 19, and was reported to the credit bureaus on April 22, 2016, just three (3) days after receipt of his payment Depending on when he last reviewed his credit report after he made the April 19, payment, it may not yet have been updated by each of the individual credit bureaus, a situation in which we have no control I trust that we have addressed Mr [redacted] concernsIn the event he has any additional questions, he may contact us directly

collection that is outdated & which the superviser jim f [redacted] would not negotiate out of the payoff they are not on my credit report and I should not be responsible for themto come to a reasonable amount that I could afford

Mr [redacted] also did a charge back, which means he did not pay the debt

Thank you for forwarding Mr [redacted] comments and for the opportunity to respond Receipt of any communication or correspondence from a concerned consumer is always taken very seriously at Simon’s Agency, IncAs a result, upon receipt of any communication or concern, we thoroughly research each and every one of the consumer’s known issue, always viewing them from the customer’s perspective At the outset of course, we do wish to clarify that Mr [redacted] is not our customerInstead, we represent [redacted] of CNY with regards to an unpaid balance originally owed them by MrAdelberg The outstanding item was for services rendered to Mr [redacted] on 10/31/14, which remains unpaid Once our client reports the payment and authorizes us to remove from his credit report, we will do that Thank you for the opportunity to address this matter

We are in receipt of Mr [redacted] complaintThank you for allowing us the opportunity to respond Our office was retained by [redacted] with regards to an outstanding balance due themThe files owed for services provided to Mrs [redacted] were assigned to our office on August 23, On August 25, our office mailed Mrs [redacted] communication advising her of the outstanding balance with our clientThe letters were never returned as undeliverable On September 20, we received a call from Mr [redacted] advising us that he would have his wife call We received a call from her on September 23, During this conversation, Mrs [redacted] informed us that she made payment arrangements with our client to make monthly payments On October 27, we again received a call from Mr [redacted] stating that they have been making monthly payments directly to our clientAt the time of the call we had no record of any payments being made and asked him for more detailed information in order to expedite the confirmation of the payments Since December 2nd, we received multiple calls from Mr [redacted] informing us that they will not make payments to a collection agency, but refused to provide information necessary for our office to research and verify his claim of making monthly payments to the client In addition, from September through December 2, we initiated inquiries directly with the client It was not until recently that the client was able to confirm that they have posted direct payments to the account and as such, our records have been updated Had we been initially provided the requested information from Mrand Mrs***, we would have been able to resolve the matter much sooner although we suspect, understandably, that as soon as they received the collection notices from our office, they may have believed that by finally addressing the situation directly with the client would somehow resolve the situation As a result, while we can appreciate their position, we must also point out that to date, the account has never been recalled from our office and we still remain the point of contact with regards to this matter As to the balance of the complaint, we have reviewed the phone calls associated with the accounts and at no time were Mror Mrs [redacted] threatened or lied to nor spoken to in an unprofessional manner I trust that we have addressed Mr [redacted] concernsIn the event that either Mror Mrs [redacted] have any additional questions, I can be reached directly at (***) [redacted] and will be happy to assist

We are in receipt of Ms [redacted] 's complaint of March 8, Having reviewed the matter, we must respectfully disagree with her allegations and find that not only are they unfounded but more importantly, they are inconsistent with the actual factsAdditionally, it appears that a number of key items have been inadvertently omittedIn reading Ms [redacted] 's complaint, it appears that she is speaking about more than one account although she is combining them all together as if it were oneAdditionally, while some facts may be true, they are presented out of chronological orderSpecifically, Ms [redacted] is correct in that a number of files were referred to this office for collection from at least three separate entities to which Ms [redacted] was indebted; these are [redacted] Credit Union, [redacted] , and Syracuse Community HealthThe file to which Ms [redacted] refers in her letter to the Revdex.com was with regards to her Credit Union accountThe original referral amount to our office was in the sum of $and the account was referred to our office for collections on 8-5-Thereafter, an initial letter was mailed to Ms [redacted] on 8-6-The letter was never returned as undeliverable and there was no response from Ms [redacted] Thereafter, on or about 11-7-the account was reported to the credit bureausSubsequently, Miss [redacted] contacted our office and made a number of payments on the Credit Union account, as follows: · April 14, 2015: $· August 13, 2015: $· September 24, 2015: $· October 22, 2015: $· November 5, 2015: $· February 10, $[redacted] As of February 10, 2016, when she made her $payment, it left a balance of $Thereafter, on February 19, 2016, some days after speaking with our office, a direct payment of $was posted not in our office but directly with the client, the Credit UnionAs a result, when Ms [redacted] alleges that she “made payments multiple times to this agency, as well as the original creditorI have multiple bills that have gone through this agencyWith [redacted] , I paid them off directly..” she is correct on the surface in that she made payments, but incorrect on the sequence of those events as well as to whom the payments were made Our office does not have direct access to any of our client’s payment or record systemsEqually, our office could not have been aware on February 10, of a payment which was made directly to the client and which did not post until days into the futureConsequently, no one in this office could or would have told Ms [redacted] that a payment of $was her final payment as this is completely inconsistent with the actual payment history as well as the balances In fact, on February 19, at approximately 2:pm, our office received a call from Debbie at [redacted] Credit Union to inform us that Ms [redacted] had made a cash payment in the amount of $124.04, directly to them and as a result, the account could now be deemed paid in full and closed with our officeAs mentioned, Ms [redacted] also had other collection accounts with differing creditors which were placed with our office for collections; [redacted] and Syracuse Community Health and this may be causing confusion on her partIn regards to those two accounts, she made two payments to our office totaling $These were: · August 4, 2015: $- applied to her [redacted] account: · February 4, 2016: $- applied to her [redacted] AccountWe have also reviewed the notes and spoken with each of the individual with whom she had contact in our officeAll conversations were polite and nothing at all as Ms [redacted] portraysMoreover, as it relates to the February 10, conversation, both Ms [redacted] and our staff were very cordial with each other, which of course surprised us, given her current allegationsWe genuinely believe the confusion and frustration on Ms [redacted] ’s part stems from the fact that there are multiple accounts with our office and she is speaking of all the accounts as if they were oneWe have also considered the proposed resolution which Ms [redacted] would like, mainly to have the item(s) removed from her credit reportIn fact, on February 15, 2016, at approximately 1:pm, our office received a credit bureau dispute through E-Oscar wherein Ms [redacted] disputed the trade line, claimed she paid the client directly and that our office agreed to remove the trade line from her credit report but had not yet done soWhile we can sincerely appreciate Ms [redacted] ’s position, this office cannot do so nor would anyone in our office make such a statementOnce an account is reported on a consumer's credit report, we are prohibited from removing any trade line other than to correct an error or as may be required by lawIn this case, we have reviewed her file and it was properly and accurately reported by our officeI hope we have addressed Ms [redacted] ’s concerns

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me However, no where does this collection agency specify why they didn't resolve the complaint over a year ago when I first was notified by them that an account in my name was submitted to them and I subsequently sent them a dispute that their information was faultySince that time I have been harassed by numerous calls on a daily basis and now they don't even apologize to the inconvenience they causedShame on you Regards, [redacted] ***

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. You state that nobody from your organization could have told me that that was my final paymentPull the calls made when I made the $with Lindsay and the multiple calls I had with her for days afterEach time, she stated she was having the balance corrected because my final payment was made with her and it did not appear to be showing upYou are incorrect in your statement that nobody could say that to me because it has been stated by her multiple times! Review the calls Regards, [redacted]

Thank you for forwarding MS [redacted] ’ complaint and allowing us the opportunity to respond. Our office was retained by [redacted] on 04/03/for an outstanding balance due them.An initial communication was sent to her on 04/04/The communication was never returned as undeliverable.Having heard nothing from Ms [redacted] , on or about 08/08/the account was reported to the credit bureaus.Thereafter, the only contact we had with Ms [redacted] was on 2/24/2018, wherein she called our office offering to resolve the account, with the agreement that we delete the entry reported to the credit bureaus. The agent informed Ms [redacted] that we report accurate information, and upon payment, the bureaus would be updated to reflect that the account was paid in fullMs [redacted] ended the call and, less than minutes later called back hoping to reach a different agent, presumably with a different answerHowever, the same agent received the call and again informed Ms [redacted] that we would update the credit report with a paid in full status once her payment was received but that we had no legal authority to remove or delete the trade lines as it is accurate as reported.Consequently, while we appreciate and certainly understand Ms [redacted] position, not receiving the desired answer to her request does not constitute rude and disrespectful behavior. While we understand that Ms [redacted] would like a complete deletion from her credit report of this particular account, we are not able to legally do so since the item is reporting accuratelyEqually, once payment is received, and as previously explained to her, the item will be accurately and properly reported as paid in full.I trust that we have addressed Ms [redacted] ’ concernsHowever, in the event that I may be able to further assist her, she may call me directly at ###-###-#### X

Thank you for this opportunity to reply The balance due by [redacted] was originally placed with the Simon’s Agency in April On April 14th, 2014, a notification was mailed to [redacted] which details the balance due as well as instructions on how to file a dispute More than days later, MrsSarah [redacted] called Simon’s Agency of her own accord and despite having a letter in hand demanded another Additionally Mrs [redacted] was advised on 06/16/2014, according to our client, the [redacted] ’s insurance company paid them directly on 10/10/in the amount of $which was never forwarded as payment to the provider.During June 2014, Mr& Mrs [redacted] each spoke with our representatives on several occasions, each time declining to make payment or payment arrangements Although an updated address on Old North Main Street was provided in November 2014, there were no further letters to provide the [redacted] ’s as they were already well aware of the debt However, at [redacted] ’s insistence a balance due letter was sent to him on June 6, to validate the unpaid balance. The Simon’s Agency has not received any direct written disputes from [redacted] over the course of these past two years Simon’s Agency does not add fees nor interest to any placements The balance that was placed with us by our client was provided by the client and no further charges have been added to it Although [redacted] certainly paints a different picture of the circumstances, Simon’s Agency has been more than patient with him and his wife over the years, allowing time to follow up with their insurance, their landlord, each other and multiple promises to pay which were not honoredWe trust this information will be sufficient for your review Please do not hesitate to contact us if there are any further questions.Thank you

Copies of the bills to be requested and sentAs a reminder a phone call will answer many of these questionsWe look forward to payment in full upon receipt of the bills

This company claims they update the credit reports periodically. What they put on my credit report is negative when it should be a positiveThey are avoiding the issueI paid this bill and they put it down as if I still owe this moneyThey are committing credit fraudEveryone who pays them should be refunded there moneyI worked for a collections agency10% of the people are going to pay there billThis company had to refund me my money because they are either dishonest or incompetentIn months they are going to try to collect this bill again

The account was placed with our office on May 9, On May 11, 2012, a demand letter was mailedWe also attempted to establish telephone contact with Mr [redacted] with negative results On June 11, 2012, we received a call from his mother, ( [redacted] ***)Ms [redacted] wanted to discuss the account and also claimed that she would be responsible for the debtHowever, we were unable to discuss the account with her nor provide her any specific information given the various privacy issues, and such was explained to her Thereafter, on September 25, we received a call directly from Mr [redacted] who wished to dispute the debt and requested additional information After providing validation of the debt directly to Mr***, he set up payment arrangements on the accountConsistent with the arrangements, we received payments from him, via a credit card payment, on the following dates: 1/25/ 3/14/ 4/10/ Once the account was paid in full, we notified and reported the matter as such to the credit bureaus Mr [redacted] is correct in the arrangement he made with our office in that once the account was paid in full, it would be reported to the credit bureaus as suchHe is also correct in that we informed him that we do not delete accounts from credit bureaus once they are paid in full unless there was something about the information being reported to the bureaus which is inaccurate or incompleteIn this case, the account has been paid in full and the trade line reflects as such If Mr [redacted] has any additional questions or if he would like to discuss this further, he can reach us at ###-###-#### Thank you

To Whom It May Concern, In regards to Ms [redacted] ’s complaint, please be advised that Ms [redacted] came into our office on 10/1/ with a Cease & Desist letter which we immediately acted upon by removing her phone number from our dialer which only places one call per day, not per hour She has not received any calls from our Agency, manually or otherwise since 10/1/so I am confused as to why we are receiving a complaint days later.Should you require any additional information, please feel free to contact me at the number below Sincerely, Jim F [redacted] Collection Manager Phone: ###-###-#### Ext:

We are in receipt of Ms [redacted] ’s complaint.Having reviewed the matter, we respectfully disagree with her allegations as they are inconsistent with the actual facts and it appears that a number of important items have been inadvertently omittedOur office represents Raymour & Flanigan with regards to an initial outstanding balance due them of $1,The file was assigned to our office on June 17, Since opening the file almost two years ago, we have had very minimal contact with Ms [redacted] On July 31, 2014, we received a call from Ms [redacted] During the conversation, Ms [redacted] entered into a voluntary payment arrangement where she agreed to make weekly payments of $until the entire outstanding balance was paid in fullThe first payment was to have reached our office the following weekInstead, a $payment reached our office OShe did not make any other payments again until January 20, when she tendered a $payment and then again on March 4, when she tendered a second $paymentOther than these three (3) payments totaling $60.00, there have been no other payments made to our officeConsequently, to the extent that she is suggesting that payments are being made regularly, that is not the caseAs it relates to her credit report, while we understand and appreciate that she would like to us to place “positive feedback” on her credit report, by law, we can only report that which is accurateAs indicated, she has only made three (3) payments since totaling $If she makes consistent payments as she has promised on a few occasions, they will of course be reported accordingly. With regards to the frequency of calls, we most certainly have not called her two or three times per day as she has suggestedWe do note that there were three (3) phone contacts on January 19, However, these were initiated by Ms [redacted] as she called our office inquiring about her accountOur staff returned her call which prompted Ms [redacted] to call backOur records also indicate that in one instance after having reached Ms [redacted] , she claimed, in Spanish, that we had reached the wrong number and she abruptly hung up the phoneHowever, we then subsequently received multiple telephone calls from Ms [redacted] from that very same number, all of which were initiated by her Again, we certainly understand and sympathize with Ms [redacted] ’s financial situation and have noted our file accordinglyEqually, we are willing to assist her in any way possible and in that regard, she is welcome to contact us directly
