customer called and send us a letter asking for cancellation of his warranty we took the necessary step to cancel his warranty all mr: [redacted] has to do is wait because it take 8to week for cancelation to process to take place then he will see a ck in the mail ....thank you

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: They told me the car was service and it was never serviced, a mechanic who was there when I took the car asked me where I bought it from cos he has nt seen it beforeHe said he servce all the cars that comes in and he has not seen my car.When I went to them about a month buying the car they wanted me to wait for my warranty to kick in so they don't have to pay for itThen when the warranty only covers $300, then they told me to pay half of the rest which was $and they will pay $If they were not wrong for doing what they did why will they offer to pay half Regards, [redacted]

we can work only with reasonable customer , I was trying to explain a point customer decided to hang up on meour customer is in title for month miles power train warranty only which cover his engine and transhowever we will be more than wiling to take a look at his car to see what we can do to make him happy there is nothing els will be offered at this time lenny s [redacted] owner of m sport motor car

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: business did not disclose of manufactures warranty and sold me another warranty! I can choose who ever I want to take my car too if car has extended warranty but due to dealership not disclosing that car had manufacturers warranty still, the extended warranty does not want to cover anythingThat is a bad way to conduct business and horrible way of stealing customers moneyNow the car is completely apart because we thought car only had extended warranty and not manufacturers warranty otherwise I would of denied buying another warrantyThis is the second time you guys do something shady with the warrantys to meThe first you very well know was with the key warranty stuffThat you guys only supplied key and told the warranty you guys gave me two keys Regards, [redacted]

We cannot renegotiate the deal was done seven months ago customer was aware of all the chargers and explain to her thoroughly Customer can come and trade in her car at any time she also has to keep in mind her interest-rate is high She can refinance the vehicle at
anytime if her credit improved .Will be more than happy to help her

I am not seeking a trade !!! Or a refinance I can refinance through my bank but I don't want this car !!! I never got the contract when I left the dealership and still this won't change the fact that I was over charged and lied to about the selling price of the car !! So like I said !!! I was told the car was 9,so why does my contract which I obtained from the bank state u sold me the car for 12,, the car isn't even worth more than 7,this is ridiculous !! I don't want to conduct business with liars and thieves !! I want you guys to assume responsibility and take this car back !!! I am not even askin for my dollar down payment back which I have no clue where that went too I simply want you guys to take the car and pay off the rest of the lien !!! I think it's fair !! For you guys lying to me

Customer have to understand this is open market value for the car fluctuate on daily basis we have no control of the value of the car There is no cooling off period on your contract Therefore if you would like to trade the car you're more than welcome we just cannot negotiate a contract was done several months ago

The reason for the "delay" of the title being in your possession is due to the credit union you chose to finance with holding the checkWe made it clear when you purchased that we cannot release the title or start the reassignment process until the check clearedAs you stated you purchased he car
on the 3rd, temporary license plates are valid for to days depending on state of residenceA temporary license plate excuses the fact that you do not have the title (if cash) or registration (if financing) for that time periodEvery time you called in you were treated with respect by our staff, but hung up after demanding the titleYour credit union held the check, we cannot process anything until a payment has been processed fully which we explained to you numerous timesAlso, we have the tracking number for your title because we had our office overnight it you and it was delivered to you two days ago on 1/18/
