we got your request for the cancellation of the warranty we did processed your request we have been waiting for your refund check sorry it did take some times but it will be done as for the gap insurance you request this cancellation on Friday July/15/16  we ask you to send a request...

we can work only with reasonable  customer ,  i was trying to explain a point customer decided to hang up on me. our customer is in title for 1 month 1000 miles power train warranty only which cover his engine and trans. however we will be more than wiling to take a look at his car to see what we can do to make him happy . there is nothing els will be offered at this time lenny s[redacted] owner of m sport motor car

customer called and send us a letter asking for cancellation of his warranty we took the necessary step to cancel his warranty . all mr:[redacted] has to do is wait because it take 8to 10 week for cancelation to process to take place then he will see a ck in the mail ....thank you

I am rejecting this response because: business did not disclose of manufactures warranty and sold me another warranty!  I can choose who ever I want to take my car too if car has extended warranty but due to dealership not disclosing that car had manufacturers warranty still, the extended warranty does not want to cover anything. That is a bad way to conduct business and horrible way of stealing customers money. Now the car is completely apart because we thought car only had extended warranty and not manufacturers warranty otherwise I would of denied buying another warranty. This is the second time you guys do something shady with the warrantys to me. The first you very well know was with the key warranty stuff. That you guys only supplied 1 key and told the warranty you guys gave me two keys.

I am rejecting this response because: They told me the car was service and it was never serviced, a mechanic who was there when I took the car asked me where I bought it from cos he has nt seen it before. He said he servce all the cars that comes in and he has not seen my car.When I went to them about a month buying the car they wanted me to wait for my warranty to kick in so they don't have to pay for it. Then when the warranty only covers $300, then they told me to pay half of the rest which was $400 and they will pay $400. If they were not wrong for doing what they did why will they offer to pay half.

I am rejecting this response because:
I hang out the phone because he gave me the same answers plus he was very sarcastic . I very concern because the car make the noise everyday more stronger. When I hit the brake you can fill a big noise coming out of the passenger side plus the turbo will be gone if the dealer don't fix it on time.  Since the beginning when I bought the car, the dealer give me the car without make the change of oil and filter. When I check  the car at home; that moment don't have oil and I called then and the fixed and give me a one year oil change free. I think as a dealer they suppose to check the car before they sale it to a customer. That why I have problem with the car right now. they don't even CHECK THE CAR BEFORE THEY SALE IT. I  think is not fare for the customer. I pay almost $14,000 for that car. with that Cain of price a customer expect a car without a problem at least the 1st year.

we try to explain to the customer that maintenance are not included with our cars we sell if she would like to do maintenance to her car we will be more than happy to give her wholesale price on parts and Laber that all what we can do for her.at this time ... THANKSERNESTO
