My Wife and I decided to give Simply Kitchen an opportunity to assist with the remodel of our Kitchen. We invested thousands of dollars to what has become one of the worst investment decisions and most horrible experience.
It has been over 3 weeks since their install sub-contractors “attempted” to install the cabinets that had been delivered 3 weeks prior. We were assured by their delivery contractor that ALL of the cabinets had been hand counted 3 times prior to the completion of delivery.
The installers had informed us that there are cabinets missing and that Simply Kitchen had prior knowledge of this matter but had failed to communicate that info with us. This has halted the install and has left us with no kitchen only to resort to having to eat out every day breakfast, lunch and dinner(family of 6) in addition, to having a total mess in our home for over a month.
The communication with Kyle and his boss have been like “pulling teeth” just to get any updates on this matter. I would highly suggest to STAY AWAY from these folks and find a reputable designer/contractor to assist with your project.
I have an old home in Lakewood and wanted to update my kitchen. Unaware of the steps to take to get my ideas into action I visited both *** and Simply Kitchens and Bath. Both places gave me ideas on what I could do, however, I chose to go with Simply Kitchens and Bath based on the individualized service they provided. I was surprised that they were price was compatible to that of the big box store.
I am thrilled with how they transformed my kitchen. Taking the old metal cabinets out and replacing them with beautiful wood cabinets. It was a fairly large task moving sinks, moving the gas for my oven and figuring out how to fit it in and be super functional. I am so happy with how they designed my space and enjoy it each and every day that I cook!
I would highly recommend Simply Kitchens and Bath to anyone, in fact I tell everyone about them. I am excited to possibly tackle my bathroom next with the help of Simply Kitchens and Bath...

This firm is not seasoned and knowledgeable about their products. Will not accept responsibility for the work performed by their sub-contractors and possibly are not informed re the quality of their workmanship. Should someone decide to use their services, beware.

We would have been happy to remedy the issues you have with your shower under the contract you entered with our company. The contract states that we would come back within the year, after project completion, to fix any labor issues associated with the project.
In addition, manufacturers’ materials have a limited warranty date, as well.
When you contacted us two and a half years later expecting work to be done for free, we couldn’t accommodate your needs. As a small business, we cannot continue doing work without reimbursement after our contractual terms have expired.
We would have been happy to enter into a new contract with you to address the issues with the shower.
We stand by our product and contractors and are proud to offer our one year labor warranty. We respond to our clients on a case by case basis after the one year. Unfortunately, when a client does not inform us on a timely basis, it becomes very difficult. Our goal is to make our client happy with the finished result.
