We've already explained to this customer and explained that the package which was to be shipped had been ready for shipment but [redacted] indicated to us it would not make delivery due to icing at their main hub in Tenessee This customer seems to think we lied, so I asked them to provide us with a letter to validate wether what we are saying is trueThis is in fact the truth So please see attached letter from [redacted] who handles thousands of perishable goods with *** They can call [redacted] as well and hear it for themselves whether what we are saying is truthful There is no reasons for us to make up lies and lose business Some customers just think they know it all, and that they are right when in fact they are wrong.We've been in business for over years, shipping over 50,customers Its these types of complaints that make our job discouraging This customer went on blasting us on multiple sites which is absolutely uncalled for I suggest they take their business elsewhere from now on

[When the lobsters first arrived on 9/19/2015, I contacted Simply Lobsters immediatelyAt first, [redacted] said that he wanted me to ship the lobsters back, then in the same conversation, he told me that since it was Saturday, [redacted] could not come back to pick them up He told me that he just wanted me to cook the dead ones and test the firmness of the tailsHe said that the lobsters though dead, "was not going to kill me"He just wanted me to cook them and report back the following Monday and that it will tell him how long the lobsters have been deadI did as he instructed me and tried to contact the company on Monday to inform *** that part of the lobster was mushy when I separated the tail from the head" but his telephone line just goes to a prerecorded message and then disconnects after the specific amount of time It took me a full week before I finally got to speak to [redacted] (There is no voicemail and his email account is full so that the email I sent got bounced back PLEASE NOTE: At NO time did he instruct to keep the disassembled dead cooked lobsters and return them to him Irregardless, please have *** revisit his own company guarantee (attached to this response) The checklist that is prominently displayed on his website: http://www.simplylobsters.com/ is a guarantee that "lobsters will be alive on arrival"- (of my lobsters were dead); the next bullet point is "satisfaction guaranteed"- (I am not satisfied) Based on these criteras alone, I should be refunded for my order they did not meet the standards as advertised by the companyWhen I informed [redacted] of this, he came up with the excuse that because I can't send the dead lobsters to him, he will not do anything about crediting me His tactic of coming up with new requirements is offensive As a consumer, I believe the company is in violation advertising falsely a product Furthermore, numerous others have experienced the same problem that I have as can be attested by the numerous number of complaints to the Revdex.com as well as [redacted] on his business page, all with similar experiences as I.] Regards, [redacted] %

there was absolutely no weather related issue and they never sent another lobster my dad waited four days and when I called back they said good luck getting your money back and also stated other people have tried and they always loose! All I wanted was the money for the lobster *** in Roanoke said they would contact them because it was not related to a weather issue When that so called fresh 3lb lobster came it smelled like it was dead for a week!!

That is ridiculous. That is why I choose to never deal with this company again and will post negative comments wherever I can. They do not care about customer satisfaction. They NEVER attempted to contact me personally. Their web site did not say that there was no delivery on holidays, only that there is no delivery on Sun and Mon. This response does not satisfy my complaint, but I do not see them giving any alternative. How can I use a "gift certificate" with a company that I do not want to do business with? What is the reason they can not credit a different card. The reason for a different card number is because of fraud on the account and was changed by the card company. I had no choice in the matter.

Much of what this customer states is regarding what transpired is untrue and incomplete For one, we did refund the customer 10% as she had agreed to before sending the package out on 06/01/after we realized the customer did not receive the package*** Tracking No
***. The customer called us the next morning changing her mind and told us she wanted a full refund when we had already shipped the package and gave her a 10% discount as she agreed to. The customer kept on insisting we didn't ship her a package when we assured her we did. *** low and behold delivered it at 10:in the morning (See *** tracking no ***)And since the package was shipped and delivered as we told her, she yet insists on a full refund telling us now we did not issue her a refund of 10% when we clearly did, and now a full refund when she received the package and kept it. No return package has been received therefore there is no refund to be issued.Lastly, this customer was not the most pleasant to deal with. Throughout the entire dialogue the customer was clearly ***et and unreasonable. She used foul language, told our Manager to shut the f up and made repeated demands and phone calls. We did acknowledged to her repeatedly we would hang up on her and refused to talk to her if she spoke this way. She never stopped, so we did say we did tell her to take her business elsewhere from now on. In summery, we did issue her 10% off, and she did receive her package. She never acknowledged that ever happened when proof has been provided that was indeed the case.Thank you.Simplylobsters.com

As I said in my complaint, I do not wish to do business with this company, therefore, an open gift certificate gives me no option other than to order from them. If they ever tried to contact me, as they claim, they never left any message as both my home and cell phone would have recorded a message or missed call which did not happen. As for my credit card number, it has been changed due to fraud on the account. I have a new number; *** which I would like to have the credit posted to.

This order was promptly refunded on 01/11/18, when the package was not delivered due to a weather issue The amount refunded was The transaction was closed over a month and a half ago The transaction ID for this refund is ***There is no refund due since we've

I did not receive the 10% refund until after I called on the 2nd and filed my complaint with the Revdex.com Even though they show you it processed on the 1st they were not able to provide a tracking number for the shipment and a confirmation on the 10% refund I was not the one who used foul language they used foul and crude comments with me I was very upset because delivery was not processed timely and they still did not follow up with a tracking number and continued to give me the run aroundMy husband was a witness to the whole conversation and could not believe what he heard and is the one that said I should report them.The package was not received until late on the 6/2/not at 10:a.mafter I told them that I wanted a refund because they could not provide a tracking number and they could not tell me when it shipped I placed the order timely and did not receive the package until two days after I placed the order.I find it very disheartening that they would blame the customer for their short comings and then blame the customer for being upset and angry I have attached the order and the promise delivery date of 6/1/ The manager called me a very nasty name and should never be used with a customer when they had the short comingI have read other reviews with the Revdex.com and complaints online about them using this type of behavior and customer service with others By the time we did get the package 1/the order was dead (steamers) and could not be used and I had no intentions of calling them again because of the experience I had with them previouslyThe 10% credit they processed I did not receive in my account until 6/4/on my card, after I told them I wanted a refund and filed my complaint with the Revdex.com.At this point I don't really care about the money as I did finally receive the package 1/alive but no customer should ever have to be treated the way they treated me and my husband.

She called on MondayI told her to cook the lobster and let me know on Monday but she waited 5-days to call backAnd she ate all of themI will not honor her request per our terms since waited 5-days to contact me and complain that they were not good after she ate them,

refund not received

Any packages unfortunately that are delayed due to weather is an "Act of God".   When this situation occurs, [redacted] and [redacted] will not gaurantee or refund for product or shipping, nor do we, similarly to any and all lobster companies.  We state that on our shipping and returns policy....

 And customers are required to click they have read and agreed to these terms prior to ordering.  We were willing to work with this customer, but she expected the product to be replaced, which we could not do based on these terms. For that reason she is upset at us, and demanded a full refund.  Again, our terms are clearly stated that we can not issue refunds.  And the claim she had missing legs is untrue.  If the customer wants to reorder we would be willing to reship at 50 percent the cost to accomodate her, as a result of this weather related situation.  Again, we still had to pay [redacted] for the delivery, and the product and packaging.  Its a rare situation that happens to less than 1 percent of any mail ordered products.

The customer placed the order himself on-line and asked to have it emailed.  Our system immediately sends a gift certificate out when an order is placed.  If the customer did not receive an order confirmation, then it is because an incorrect email was provided.  Seeing that the...

customer did not know what the order no. was, we assume that is why he did not receive his gift certificate.  Nonetheless, we have issued a refund and canceled the gift certificate.  This was an online order gift certificate to be used on-line only.  He went to one of our locations to address the problem and obviously, they have nothing to do with our online side.  A refund of $150.00 has been issued.
