The courses I took so far have helped me a great deal. Courses are mostly for beginners but they provide very good in-depth explanation of most of the concepts. Some courses' audio quality need some work but still good enough to understand. All in all, Skill Success is worth every penny.

Great courses
Skill Success has a decent range of course offerings and interesting topics, from career to personal development. I find them really useful on both aspects of my life.
As soon as I'm done with my bookkeeping course, I would love to try a couple of their yoga courses!

I am glad that I came across this platform! I am able to learn a lot and pursue my career because of the courses that I took. The courses also helped me forget the situation that we are in and focus on what I'd like to accomplish in the future. Highly recommended!

Awesome Courses and Customer Service!
I've read the reviews here and I noticed that mostly are negative reviews. We'll in my 2 yrs as a Skill Success student, I only had good things to share. Yes, they do charge for the monthly or annual subscription which is the same as any other e-learning subscription. Their courses are great and when I need to pause, they gave me that option. And hey, they already have a cancellation option online. Awesome! Great customer service as well, they assist me whenever I have trouble accessing the courses.

Great platform for learning!
I really love Skill Success! The new website looks great and easy to navigate. I also pay a cheap monthly fee and I have access to all these great courses! Their customer service reps are so friendly and helpful. They've helped me from the start during sign up and every time I have a question, I just email them and someone replies within minutes.

Courses were great and they were very understanding
Most of the reviews I found here are negative so I wanted to share my personal experience with Skill Success. The course I purchased with them is great but I sort of purchased the wrong one because it's for beginners and I needed a more advanced one. I purchased it a couple of months ago and when I told them about this, they immediately offered me a switch for FREE. I was so happy because I didn't waste my money and they are so flexible to even give me that option. With that being said, I enjoyed the new course I picked and learned a lot from it. Now, I have a couple more courses with them that I'm taking. Thumbs up Skill Success!

Great courses!
I’m currently taking Yoga and Meditation courses and so far the classes are great. I am really thrilled to be part of Skill Success and the best thing is, I can learn anywhere and anytime.

Why deduct money from people account with no autorization
Skill Success sent me a -13000 discount. telling you to sing up for free and trial, then, they charged me 303$ in total and I didn't even complete a free trial. that was June 30. I want all my money back asap. and have already cancellated your services.

They did the same with me a Skill Success a thief charged with no authorization. Rip off I want my money back. These thieves don't even have a customer service number.

Skillsucces is a total Scam, stay away from this!
They offer you a free trial and you gotta give them your credit card number, then without you authorized it they charged you with $228, once you contact them they tell you about non-refund politic. Why are you steeling my money? You say that I did authorized you, I didn't it!
This kind of website should be illegal, and this is the new way to scam people!

Terrible Customer Service
Tried cancelling my membership before my 2 month free trial ended and have not heard back from any customer service. I still have one day left to cancel and have not gotten a response back since. The quality of the classes are horrible compared to some of the other educational sites out there and I felt that I was robbed.

Ok they get a three star now. After sending a message complaining and posting here my review showed up. It didn't look like they were going to post it because it was in pending for awhile. Of course in order to read my review you have to scroll through heaps of others since the not so hot reviews are all last (not listed by most recent). I can get that since I understand they dont want potential customers seeing negative reviews first. Anyways I still stand by what I say though about that course not being anywhere near worth 200 bucks so just make sure you get it on discount. They do offer discounts so keep a look out for those.

Terrible. I took the fashion stylist job and it was joke. The video was full of basic info one could find for free on youtube, the "teacher" didn't get into detail at all. In one part of the video which promised in ingenious methods of sourcing designer goods she tells people to use their own closet or to order online and return, yeah how genius. The course has all 5 star reviews on the site but its because they will not post negative reviews. I wrote a critical three star and it never posted. Stay away from this site, seems like a big scam.

Avoid!

I've tried to cancel my subscription ($5 monthly) before I am charged for the first time. I signed up for a trial thinking that I could cancel automatically. No way! It's manually done from Philippines. I send my emails with a read receipt and I know where people are located and when my emails are opened.

No news after a first reply asking for something they could read about in my request. I am participating in new professional projects and I have no time to "learn", right now. Moreover, I think I can get exactly the same on Youtube, for free.

So, just to gain time, I have CC Cheryl (not sure if she exists anyway) and reported them as fraud to Stripe. Luckily I used a debit card that will expire in a couple of months and can be easily cancelled.

If you want to learn about a subject, just check Udemy or other reliable sites instead. There's crap as well on Udemy but at least, they'll refund you, no questions asked in 30 days.

this companys customer service is a joke! I contacted to cancel my subscription 6 weeks prior to being charged. It over drew my account. I messaged the 3 different sections in the live chat. not one person responded to me it says 'typically responds in 3 minutes' I literally left the window open for 6 hours at work and got zero responses. They also didnt respond to my email and they dont have a phone number to call! had to go through my bank to get my money back. Dont waste a dime on this site.

What a joke. Complete Bookkeeping and Quickbooks Training Course. I couldn't agree more with previous reviews about this $5 groupon being too much for this course. The presenter was absolutely awful and couldn't speak in an uninterrupted sentence. Her voice went away from the microphone and then would come back closer. Just terrible. It did not go in depth at all. I had taught myself how to navigate the screens alread...for FREE. Guess I should put up a website and charge $199 for that too. Must be the latest get rich scheme. The only thing I'm grateful for is that I paid $5 for it instead of $199. Even though it isn't worth a penny.

I think this is some sort of joke. now I am not a great speaker either but the presenter was awful, nervous, mispronouncing words, constantly flailing her hands about, they didn't edit and one lesson actually began with her fixing her bangs. some of the lessons were only 7 sec long. it would be hilarious if you didn't want to laugh meanly at someone. just so bad. and a negative review won't post on the site no matter what you put in it. the refund request link doesn't work. oh my lord

My wife got a groupon for a $5 SQL class that normally cost $200. IMO $5 was too much. The "learning" format was just watching videos, then typing in the same commands that the video showed. All the material covered in the "course" (which was not much) can be found online for free, with even more broad and advanced into. I just want to warn anyone that might pay $200 thinking they were going to get a legitimate e-learning experience.
