I would not have even given this company one star, but I had to in order to write this review. They had no problem charging my card when I ordered a pedicure unit for my new salon, but seemed to be stalling after that, and when I emailed to request information on my order, were either very vague, or didn't answer me at all. After weeks of waiting for tracking information, and becoming suspicious, because they stopped answering my emails, I called my bank to file a dispute. Soon after I received a call from the company explaining that the shipping people were calling one of the two numbers listed on my account, and weren't able to reach me. Had they emailed me back when I emailed them, maybe they could have figured it out before I filed a dispute. They are now telling me that they are still charging me shipping, and that if I don't pay it, they'll send it to collections. If this was a professionally run company this would have never happened. Something here just doesn't make sense. Very shady and I do not recommend to anyone. *** L

The distributing of a chair that is a hazard to anyone that sits on it And not allowing a return The spa chair we ordered from this company is a complete liability to anyone that sits on it When a patient gets on this bed/chair no matter what their weight, the chair tips over The company told us we are to always leave this chair in the upright position then lower the patient down This is even more terrifying because if the patient moves at all the entire chair begins to tip We contacted the company over times about this issue Each time they gave us a different answer as to why the chair is tipping We requested a refund and the company denied because it is beyond their days of return policy From the date of when we first called about the issue we were still within our days We didn't ask for the refund then because they seemed to think we could fix it by always leaving the chair upright I have to physically hold this chair down while anyone gets on or off o

My daughter and I ordered a Spa Equipment package for full Esthetician for close to $6,in August The semi delivered the crate and there was some damage that we took pictures of the packaging and the damaged products, They shipped out the damaged products pretty quick During and removing the seat plastic covering we noticed the covering white color was faded and sent pictures I said we only needed the head piece to be replace and it was agreed that they would Now it is January 2019, I've complained enough and been told twice now that it was coming in an would be shipped out next week Those weeks have passed [redacted] still nothing I still have to call and complain and maybe today it will be a third time lied to IF you order and find something wrong, REJECT it ALL Let them do it right Being in Midwest we are too trusting They are very nice and tell you just what you want to hearAlso known as Spa and Equipment

We received defective equipment but have not had any resolution after multiple attempts and complaints
We placed an order with skinact on 12/19/18. The order was for a total of over $*** in products. As such they gave us 3 stools and we purchased an additional one ***. The wheels repeatedly twist out causing the stools to tip over and has caused 1 employee to fall in the floor and another to almost fall. I contacted the company and their solution was to keep tightening the wheels. No refund or exchange offered. Next we had a broken armrest of a chair on arrival but I was told by *** in customer service that it was not under warranty and would cost us $40 and that we were responsible for breaking it (we were not). I was informed that it takes a "large amount of force" to break it. A second armrest was broken by a patient simply leaning on it which I would not call a large amount of force. So I never received the first replacement and now need a second because they are apparently junk. An armrest of a chair needs to support a normal sized person leaning on it while sitting. I asked for *** supervisor to contact me but have received no response.

Desired Outcome

I would like the unsafe products to be refunded and the broken/defective products to be replaced

They emailed me and I called them 3 times to finally get in contact with someone (***). She was very nice and seemed like she wanted to help. I have yet to receive any further contact. They did not contact me 5/8/19 I contacted them.we are still awaiting replacement.

got back with me and was very helpful. She did what the other representative would/could not and is replacing the defective parts. She was courteous and attentive. I accept the offer to replace the defective merchandise .

I have spoke with *** @ 8:30PM central time and told her the same twice full refund. She told me only if I remove my complaint away from the Revdex.com website will be the only way to get my money back. I don't think that's far for a company to give out that kind of advise to a custom who complaint about a product not working right and they don't want to fix. All *** call me and left a message for me to remove my complaint. I told them refund my money and pick up they product. What more do they want from me. Refund money

Great Service! I ordered a spa equipment package from this company for my new location and I received everything on time for my grand opening. On May 23 I placed an order. On June 7 I called customer service to inquire why the UPS tracking number still said the package had not been shipped yet. I was told "oh no problem, it will be shipped you will receive it in 4-5 business days." Umm...from now? I ordered it over 2 weeks ago already, and it is going to be 4-5 more business days? I chat with customer service on June 8, which person refuses to provide me with a new tracking number or anything to actually prove the items were ever sent. At this point I have no choice but to file a chargeback with my bank and assume that this company is a scam and intended to take my money and never send my products.

Desired Outcome

I would like a full refund AND to receive the products I ordered as a gesture for it taking so long to be delivered. I would be mortified to provide this horrible of customer service to any customer.

Hello! I'd like to update, the company refunded my money because they were not able to fulfill the order. If they had just told me there was a backorder I would have been more understanding but instead multiple people gave me the run around and refused to answer any questions about my order or when/if it would eventually ship. A refund was a satisfactory solution but I still of course have no way of getting the product and certainly won't use them again.

I bought a pedicure chair from asking Act in October and the massager wires are worn out and exposed. I contacted them no response and I have no chair

I did receive a call early April and the representative was not understanding my issues and thought is was something to do with a bar on the chair and it is clearly worn out wires. I don't believe they will send me a new wire. I talked with them months ago and they said they would send me a part a bar for the interior of the chair which was not the problem which I explained to them and they insisted it would help and they never sent the item. This company has poor quality products and gives there customers the run around. They will respond to the Revdex.com but not there customers. I'm out approximately $*** for a chair that lasted 6 months. Customer service is very poor.
So send me the wire that cost you pennies And wil cost me who knows how much to get it fixed ????

Hi as we have mentioned before we are very sorry for the trouble, for any issue with amazon order you have to contact amazon directly since they have their own rules and regulations but to remedy the problem we have talked to the customer and we have sent parts multiple times afterward.
After receiving this massage again I am sending the part (connecting wire) for last time and following is the UPS tracking number.

They sent me a wire after 9months. This will not fix the problem the chair is a lemon. I don't understand how they get away with selling people bad furniture and will not respond to email.
What other avenues can I go to get this chair fixed or replaced.
Should I contact and attorney? I can affor to purchase another chair and it have been almost a year since I've been trying to communicate with them.
