Review: Skinhale is a rip-of! Do not send money to them you will not recieve product.I do not know why they have not been investigated and shut down.I spent over $100 with them and now worried that they have my card info they can continue to milk my account.Please BEWARE SCAM!!!!!!!Desired Settlement: I just want to be assured they can no longer get money off my card would love to have my money back but do not wish for them to take out anymore then they have already got me for

Review: I order a skincare product form their website and they charged my credit card immediately. It ha been three weeks with no shipment, and I am unable to contact the company due to lack of phone number and button is missing from the site where it says to fill out regarding shipping questions. This site is a fraud! DO NOT ORDER FORM THEM.Desired Settlement: O had my bank remove the charge and put the funds back into my account!

Review: I ordered from this company on January 2nd of 2014. Today is 2/2/2014. My order has not been filled, it has not been shipped, and no attempt has been made to answer my attempts to contact them about this issue. They have already charged me for a product and a service they have not provided. They have in no way whatsoever attempted to contact me or to take care of this issue.Desired Settlement: Send me the product I have paid for over a month ago, or contact me and explain the problem so that you can fulfill your legal obligations of agreement or refund my money.

Review: I was not sure which type of complaint to select because I have had an awful experience with this company. I ordered their product February 11, 2014 and the 'order status' still says 'awaiting fulfillment'. I tried to contact the company several times through their messaging system, but I have not gotten any response. I first tried to contact them March 8, 2014 to inquire as to why my order was still awaiting fulfillment. I never got a response, so I messaged them several more times on March 11, March 13, March 18, and March 30. Today is May 9, 2014 and I still have not gotten any response from Skinhale. My order still says it is 'awaiting fulfillment'. This transaction costs $46.24, in which they had no problem immediately taking from my bank account.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund of $46.24.

Review: I ordered my product on Apr 13th with a 5 to 10 day delivery date. I have attempted to contact the company via email to no avail. I have not received my product or a refund. This seems to be a recurring problem with this company.Desired Settlement: I would prefer a refund in full or the product delivered.

Review: I ordered a product (Order #[redacted], in the amount of $50.24) from this company through their website www.skinhale.com under good faith, expecting to receive the goods I purchased in a timely fashion. When the items were not received after several weeks, I went into my online account on their website and submitted an email requesting information on why my order has not been shipped and is still "Awaiting Fullfillment". After not receiving a response for another week, I went on to their website to find a number to call, and could not find any sort of contact information other than the form I had previously used to submit an email. I then sent a reply email to the invoice they sent me when I first ordered the product, and still have not heard anything. During a search online, I found that there have been MANY other complains through Revdex.com, Ripoff Report, etc. They still have not contacted me and I will be placing complaints on every avenue possible until I receive a refund.Desired Settlement: I want my money to be refunded to my card immediately. For future consumers looking for actually wait however long it takes for this company to meet is contractual obligation to provide them with the goods/services the purchased, SAM Skin Care & Cosmetics LLC should place a notice that a long wait may be observed. I will file a report with the FTC next.

Review: I bought a product on 14th Jan 2014, and it has been stuck in awaiting fulfillment since then. I tried using their e-mail system with no response, I tried calling the number but it has been disconnected. Review: I placed in order online with the company Skinhale in February 2014 and it is now the end oof May 2014 and I have not received my products. They were quick to charge me for the products, but yet I have not received them. Review: I ordered a product from this company and it has been over 2 weeks and there has been no shipping info. I got on the website to call and inquire about my order and they do not offer a customer service phone number. I then did some research and realized this website has been put on "Scam Watch" in the past. After all of the negative reviews I have read about multiple people having the same issues as me, I would like to cancel my order and have a full refund. Review: I ordered their product on March 9,2014. I paid extra money,$10.00 for fast 2 day shipping. I still have not received the product and my account on their website states "waiting fulfillment". Therefore, the product still has not been fulfilled. I have been charged the full price of 48.24. They have no contact phone number on there website but do have a way for you to send a message but no reply is ever given. This company needs to be stopped. Review: I could have chosen several "complaint types" as I will explain here. On February 14th I ordered products from www.skinhale.com. I paid $64.99 for the items and an additional $10.25 for "fast shipping." My money was removed from my bank within two days however as of this date on February 27th I have not received a word from the company (other than an order confirmation email). I have used the companies "contact form" on their website three times and have not received a response. That form has been since removed as far as I can tell as I cannot click the link where it use to be.I then went to email and began emailing them through the same email they sent my confirmation which was [redacted] I have not sent three emails and still have not received a response. I now believe that all of the WONDERFUL company reviews on the website are fake and that this company rips off every single customer they have.My next step is to send a certified letter to the company and demand my money back.Desired Settlement: I want a refund of $75.24 which is what I paid with the extra fast shipping charge. In the beginning I wanted my products, but now I don't even believe the product reviews. I have a feeling their products (if they even have products) are junk.
