Review: On 3/12/14, I made a purchase via debit card to Skinhale for a wart removal product for the price of $46.24. I have zero contact information on the site/company and the "order status" states the order hasnt been filled and is awaiting. There is no way to cancel my order, be refunded, or get answers as to why I haven't received the product.Desired Settlement: I would like my $46.24 refunded.

Review: I placed my order on 1-14-14 and it has now been eight days with no response to five emails. My account has been charged $75.24

I placed a order for Skinhale wart remover on 1/14/14. My order number is #[redacted], what I ordered was one, " complete wart system" for the price of $64.99 plus $10.25 for fast shipping, bringing the total billed to my account to $75.24.

I never received an email confirming my purchase, so the next day began checking the status of my order. It says on the web site that it is "awaiting fulfillment". This was unacceptable to me and emailed them on 1/15/14 and everyday since with no response to any of them. Today being the eighth day I decided to check the internet for any other complaints and found your site showing similar issues. The phone number says that it is "invalid" too.

I paid with my Visa debit card xxxx xxxx xxxx [redacted] Exp. 08/15.

under the name [redacted].

I am very concerned that this "company" now has my credit card info and could take more money from me.

It would be nearly impossible to cancel my card due to the fact that it is for my unemployment account and is also all the money I have at this point.

Please help me !!!

Review: I have the same issue as most of the others that have filed complaints against this so-called company. My invoice number is [redacted] & was made on Feb. 28, 2014. I've tried everything possible to contact them & to no avail received no response, no product; zilch, yet they were very quick to bill my credit card.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund & to see legal charges brought against them in hopes that others are not exploited by them in the future.

Review: HI this company is deceptive. They advertise expedited shipping and charge you an additional 10.00 for nothing. I made an order March 12th. They charge your credit card right away, and you receive nothing. I have sent numerous emails to them and no response. I have disputed the charge with my credit card company. Word of advice... Review: I recently ordered a product for skin care from Sam Skin Care and Cosmetics, LLC and paid for the order by credit card on their website Skinhale.com. The company took my money and did not deliver the product! I've tried several ways of contacting the business and I cannot get a response. I've emailed them, called them and the phone number is out of service. When I Check the status of my order it is still saying "Awaiting Fullfillment". I am very concerned because the product costed me $64.99 and the money has cleared my account! How can a business not respond to a customer, not deliver the product, but take the money? I am afraid this is not a legitimate company and it's the reason for this complaint! Review: On Feb 18 th I order a product from Skin hale and it was taken off my credit card and the product has never come, I tried emailing them three times and no response. I said that I would be reporting them for bad customer service.
