I do not know where to begin with. First thing, once money just disappeared from my account. They fees changed without any notice from their end. My card got blocked several times for no reason whatsoever, tried calling the USA line and waited half an hour to be assisted, then the person behind the line didn't even spoke English properly, not being picky, he didn't understand me and I couldn't understand him.I asked for another agent and he hang up on me. So I called the line in the UK, I had to pay for this call, they told me that my card was blocked and there was nothing they cold do other than ISSUE another card! I got charged for this and waited two months to get my new plastic. Ok, I'm ok positive...then they DECIDED to change the plastic, without any notice, a new card was shipped to me and mine was cancelled. Now the latest joke from this 'company' is that I cannot use my card anymore, no explanation, no email, nothing. Just a two line message on my account saying 'starting Nov [redacted] you cannot use your card anymore' Tried asking via twitter and they had no knowledge about this. Don't even know why these people are allowed to be in business.

As accepted by the Skrill they had issues with the ICICI Bank, We suffered owing to that and were left with neither any information in this regard  earlier or any remedy to withdraw funds by other options  resulted in the Monthly Charges, Which Skrill has reversed Partially, We humbly request them to revert all the charges , following of which not been reverted.

As to follow-up this I needed to call them several times resulting in losses and money remained with skrill. So I request to kindly consider and revert the funds above not yet reversed.
 
Secondly as advised by them We have added AXIS bank account, and tried with small withdrawal on [redacted] Nov., 2016 but still the funds did not arrived in our account, waiting to confirm the channel, after that we will withdraw the entire funds.

The banking details which I provided and that are listed in your email are correct. I verified that I provided the correct account number and that the bank incoming routing number is also correct.  Your website is not allowing me to login to use the contact form so I responded to your email directly.     I did not register with Skrill. This business has changed hands and I don't believe I ever registered with Skrill. They can just keep my money as that seems to be wiser than giving an unknown business my SSN or Bank Account number. I would have been happy to give them my original credit card information so they could have put that money back on that card but they refused to do that. This all seems pretty shady to me and when I said close out my account they refused because there is money in the account. Does this seem like smart business practices?

As mentioned before, we are unable to locate a payment processed by Skrill based on solely the last four digits of the payment instrument. We processed thousands of transactions on a daily basis and cannot locate a particular card payment unless we have the first six digits of the payment instrument as well. We understand your concerns though and respect your decision not to provide additional information to Skrill. Please note that as we are unable to identify the disputed transactions, we cannot take further action at this point or make further comments on the allegedly fraudulent charges. As mentioned in our previous correspondence, you should feel encouraged to follow up on this issue with your bank directly. I appreciate that I finally received a response but after writing the email address provided I, once again, didn't receive a response ( 5 days of waiting now, 3 business days ) I'm trying to link my [redacted] account ( cooperstown_collectibles ) to my Skrill account ( [redacted] ) When I attempted to link it I received the following error "This [redacted] Seller ID is already linked to another Skrill account. Please enter your own [redacted] Seller ID". I don't recall having a Skrill account linked to that [redacted] account and that [redacted] account doesn't have any Skrill/Moneybookers tokens associated with it. If this could be corrected ( even if it means closing the account already linked with cooperstown_collectibles ) that would be great. I just want to get this resolved so I can start selling on [redacted].

unable to resolve the matter at an earlier stage. As we understand, you are upset with the fact that Skrill is unable to send you a check or money order in the amount of $1.28 after it closed your Skrill account in accordance with your recent instructions. We acknowledge the fact that the balance of your Skrill account at the time you requested closure was $1.28. We also acknowledge that it is your right to be able to access your Skrill balance at any time. Notwithstanding, as stated in our Terms of Use, section 11.1. a customer’s withdrawal of funds in connection with the closure of a Skrill account is subject to the limitations on withdrawal set forth in our Terms of Use. As further clarified in section 8 of our Terms of Use which stipulates the withdrawal of funds from Skrill accounts, customers can withdraw their balance via the options given in their account upon login. You will have noticed by now that Skrill does not support check payments and money orders. Funds can be withdrawn via bank transfer only. Additionally, we have a $4.99 withdrawal fee which is covered in 'Fees' section ([redacted]) which forms part of the Terms of Use you accepted. I am not willing to provide my personal information to Skrill. I did not request any services from them and do not wish to do so in the future. I have contacted the bank to dispute the charges but still require further information regarding who made the unauthorized charges. I will continue to work through with the bank and the [redacted] to reach a resolution since Skrill's policy will not allow them to cooperate in understanding how this situation occurred.
