Sky Roofing worked with my insurance company to replace my wind and hail damaged roof. The process was easy and done quickly. The sales team were professional putting customer satisfaction first. The roofing crew were the hardest workers I have seen and removed and replaced my roof in one day. They did such a great job on clean up too. We love our new roof. His price was better so I went ahead and signed the contract and gave him the deposit check. My roof was completed with 3 days and is absolutely beautiful! His crew covered all of my many shrubs AND my hot tub and did a thorough cleanup immediately after completion. I have stayed in contact with [redacted] and we have become friends. My neighborhood got hit with hail so a couple guys from Sky Roofing were in my area giving free estimates. They were very professional and explained everything to me. They helped me talk with the insurance company and helped me with any questions I had.

When it came time to put on the new roof, the contractors showed up, on time and got to work right away. Sky kept me in the loop about everything and checked a lot to make sure everything was going fine.

We are very happy with our new roof! Luckily they were in the area giving free estimates and if it weren't for them we probably would not have a new roof because I personally think it's a hassle to go through the insurance process but they did all the hard work the only difficult thing was trying to choose what color we wanted. The roofing crew did a phenomenal job! Very courteous and hard workers! They started at 8am and ended before 2pm my husband was at work and he arrived around the time the crew had finished and he was surprised that they finished so early! Sky Roofing did a wonderful job on my roof. They were in the area giving free appraisals and noticed mine was missing some shingles. The service was fast and professional. The three gentlemen that worked on my roof were friendly and courteous. They were hard workers and worked from early in the morning to after dark. They cleaned up very well too. I found very very few trash and debris and only 1 nail. I was expecting to find more and wanted to be sure to clean up before my kids played in the yard. I was thoroughly impressed with the service and workmanship. I would recommend Sky Roofing again and am planning to use them in the future for our siding needs.

Nightmare. Roof leaked first day and complained gentleman came from TN as we were not happy with work. Said silicon used won't dry in rain. Flashing work horrible pictures say alot if able to post sure would. Was told never know we were here. Came home roofing bags around yard hanging from a tree. Picked up a store bag of trash. Unfortunately the crew spoke minimal to no English and no one came to check on their work until Complaint of dissatisfaction. Manager arrived promised to make good and the company did. They sent there their best man we were told and he did fix the mess. The roof was finally completed to our satisfaction only after complaining and being angry. Salesman good talker but would have been nice not to go through what we did. Remember if sounds to good to be true stop and think. Maybe if they had not had so many jobs after a storm work would have been done in a better manner. Many people have had a good experience wish we were one.
