The company contacted us through neighborhood canvasing. Salepeople were in training but knowlegable about the process of insurance roofing claims.
Sky Roofing acted as our agent with the insurance adjuster, answering questions and and inspecting the roof for storm damage.
From initial contact to work completion was about 10 days. Sky Roofing laid out a plan and timeline that they followed perfectly. The Roofing crew was professional and left the area around the house clear as if no work had been completed. We are very satisfied!

My roof started leaking recently and I went online to [redacted] They suggested a couple of roofing companies. I saw Sky Roofing and I chose them for a quote. I heard back from Brad [redacted] almost immediately and explained the situation to him. He came out and looked at the roof and said that it needed to be replaced. He suggested for me to call my insurance company to see if my homeowners insurance would pay for it. (I hadn't thought of this). My adjuster came out and agreed I needed a new roof. Brad and the crew arrived at the time they said would be there. They were finished in about 7 hours, and I couldn't be happier. They replaced both my house and garage roof in that time. If I hadn't been home and seen them working, I never would have known they were there except for the new roof. I would recommend them to anyone who asks.

They have great customer service, were readily available to answer any questions, and finished the job quickly and with quality work. They followed up after the job was complete to ensure we were satisfied, and have a great referral program as well. I don't have anything negative to say regarding this business!

after the stoms this spring we had some wind damage and not really sure the correct way to deal with the insurance or roofing companys. Thannkfully Ryan W[redacted] showed up and led us by the hand through the whole way with his company and our homeowners insurance. Initially our insurance company would only replace part of the roof, but Brad was there as our advocate and was able to get them to replace the entire roof. The crew did an excellent job. Santiago was prompt and courteous with a quote and follow-up communication, and the work was scheduled quickly and done entirely to my satisfaction. Sky Roofing staff was very professional and trustworthy. They offered to check our roof for storm damage after replacing a neighbors roof for damage. Since my husband and I both work full time we are gone during the week and really have no idea what weather situations arise at home. Thanks to Ryan's inspection we were informed of storm damage to our roof and they had it replaced within 2 weeks. They worked with our insurance agent and the hardest thing we had to do was decide on which shingle we wanted. I would recommend them.

I am a very skeptical and cautious person when it comes to home maintenance! I was very nervous at first when I needed a new roof. I asked [redacted] and [redacted] for two references before I could deal with them. The references checked out great and the people even gave me their addresses to come see the work that they had done! I was very busy ar work and did not have the time to deal with any of this, [redacted] did all the leg work for me which was beyond helpful! I love my New roof and gutters!! They are beautiful! My property was so clean you could not tell they were even there. The roof and gutters only took a day and a half. There was no out of pocket for me at all! Not only will I recommend Sky I already have to my family and friends! Don't be scared like me just get them out and they will fix you up. Great experience by far even for this difficult customer.

My wife and I just had our roof done yesterday 4/18/2015, and it looks INCREDIBLE!!!!! Sky roofing is the most professional business I have ever worked with. From the beginning of the process until the last shingle was put on, these guys re great! The roofing crew was just amazing!, they were here early, got set up and got the job done! and cleaned up so well you would never know we just had a new roof put on,.. unless you looked at the beautiful work on top of our home!. If you want the job done right from helping with the insurance company to getting the roof put on, and answering any and all questions you have then Sky roofing is the company for you. I would invite anyone to come to our house to see for themselves, these guys and their crew are wonderful!!
