Never again
I got a loan for 300 and I had to pay back 900 insane I make my last payment next week I will never ever do this again with this company this is absolutely insane when I spoke to the lady about the loan she didn't say anything about the rate being that high worst mistake I've made so far

My money
I was supposed to get my money today. Still havnt recei it

Awful
They charge $10 a day as long as the loan is open. Won't work with you in any way. Only care for the money. CashnetUSA is better.
You will owe on this loan forever because they charge you $10 a day from the day it's opened till the day it's closed and paid in full. Awful. Boarder line scam.

708.61% interest on a $300 loan
I didn’t realize would be paying back $1,020.39 on a $300 loan not that the interest was that high that’s robbery. And I was under the assumption it was monthly payments not every 2 weeks. I don’t mind paying back what I owe plus a little extra, but no way that much. I’m only paying $132 interest on a $432 loan which is higher amount of loan then $300 and monthly payments somewhere else not no every 2 weeks. There’s no way I can do $99 every 2 weeks nor pay that much over what I borrowed. I’m a single mom and have bills to pay. I do not recommend anyone get a loan from skytrail cash.

Jeffrey P
I’ve paid my loan back already and have looked into state laws which say 8% I was charged $1436.00 in interest on a $600.00 loan.

I took out a loan when my work slowed down, then just a few weeks later I got laid off. I sent Sky Trail a copy of my lay-off letter and they told me to pay what I could.
My unemployment even with the extra $600 is a fraction of what I was making I have no idea how I’m going afford this, I’m a single mom and the only source of income for myself and kids. I need help, a break somehow without my credit being ruined and losing my livelihood

I never applied for this loan and yet somehow there has been $300 added to my bank account. How did they get my account number? I called to inquire. Automatic voice teller states who they are and that they are #1 in loan services and I have a less than two minute wait time. Then I'm asked to leave a voice message. I call again and the same thing accrues. No one has called me back. Though I would love money. I never gave anyone my bank account information. Therefore I want nothing to do with this. They attained my account information without my consent. I know they will want the money back of course with interest. What am I to do?

I made a payment on my loan & the amount went up instead of down . why am I paying more ?! this is the worst loan company ever .

I took a loan out and was paying the payment every 2 weeks until I lost my job due to covid. I contacted them and told them and they told me their was nothing they could do and that if they didn't receive their payment today they was going to turn it over to their collections department and sue me or garnish me. I don't have a job or they money to pay like they want due to no fault of my own and they threaten to sue me.

I received a loan from this company that was $300 and realized that the interest rate is triple the loan amount. Is it even legal to pay $1500 in interest for $300. I’m a couple dollars short of paying the loan off and will be paying until 04/21 just on interest.

There is a loan showing opened for $500 and with high interest rate it showed 8 payments $162 total $1299 to have loan paid off, that’s ridiculous for loan company to be allowed to do! That’s double of what the loan amount is showing! And no with Covid I’m on reduce hours single mom and they except full amount due? That’s impossible
I feel it should be allowed for loan companies to be allowed to put all these interest rates

This place is awful. I have harassing calls comeing in. Yes I took out a loan no I didn’t get to pay back as both my parents passed away and I had to take care of what mattered first

I took a loan out with Skyytrail cash and didn’t realize I would be paying over 2,000 for just a $200 loan. Going through this pandemic and being a single mother and losing hours at work I can’t afford them taking out money and my loan still not going down. I need help I’m at ends meet. Do not I repeat do not take abl loan out with them. They are scam artist!!!

Sky Trail Cash is trying to keep people in debt. I haven’t worked for months due to the global pandemic, and it’s been hard to pay most of my bills. I’ve always had on time payments and when I asked what they could do for me during this time the lady said they could take $40 off of my payment. That’s it. I thought I was close to paying off this loan because it says I only owe around $300 but everytime I check the balance goes up. I have paid what I borrowed with interest. I can’t afford these payments anymore. I just want to be done with this company. They are scammers and take advantage of people when they are at their lowest.

I was laid off due to covid 19 and I have offered to make a settlement offer for my loan and they said NO. I have tried several times, and told them that I was laid off and I am getting unemployment, but $2800 in interest for a $700 loan.

Sky Trail Cash is using predatory practices to encourage long term debt. Because of the current issues with the global pandemic I lost income and am unable to pay many of my bills. I have been trying to make an effort to pay as many as possible and keep track of paying down many of them. One in particular is my STC loan, which I thought I was close to paying off. At one point I did extend the Lon but since then I have made a few payment that should have brought my balance back down. Negative. Out of the $180+ I pay every two weeks for the last couple months only 20-30 dollars have been paid towards my principal!!!! Apparently I still owe hundreds of dollars after having paid at least the loan amount back in supposed interest! I tried contacting the company again but was unsuccessful. Now I am stuck in a cycle of high payments with low amounts of principle and no way to pay off this seemingly growing balance. I believe this is callous and unfeeling to do this especially during a hard time like this. I don’t even get a stimulus check to bail me out, this is a struggle and a huge burden.

I have been faithfully , without missing a payment paying on this loan for over a year. Now....during the covid-19 pandemic, which has and continue to effect the whole world, I am not working due to the state of California shutting down businesses. I called Skytrailcash to inform them of how I am personally being effected and received nothing but heartless responses followed by.."can you make a payment today"...This moved me to check my payment history only to find out that out of the $102 payment I have been making, less that $10 dollars have been paid towards the principal. The rest to interest. Some payments as low as 2 or 3 dollars. During a time like this, where people are dying and being forced to stop working because of the corona virus, instead of showing some measure of consideration and understanding skytrailcash is showing callousness.

As of today I owed $976.98. I have already paid a lot back on this loan and can't continue to make these payments when I have already paid back what I was loaned. I emailed them asking if I could get a settlement so I can get rid of this because I am in a financial bind but did not receive any help. I will never do this again they are crooks and just want peoples money.
