The customer was sent the link in chat to purchase the Full Version One Time Purchase of The Golf Club promo, which was on sale for $When placing an order there are multiple verifications to go through including the name, description, and price of item being purchased There are also terms stated consistently that this software is non-refundable Once purchased and activated, we are unable to refund the customer It has been verified that Mr [redacted] has purchased this product at $online himself, received a receipt confirmation immediately afterward, then activated this purchase We cannot refund this purchase

Mr [redacted] registered his SkyCaddie watch on 1/20/ It had a month warranty, which expired on 7/19/ Since the SkyCaddie Watch is out of warranty, he was provided with discounted replacement options, which he refused We will not be able to replace it at no charge since it is well outside of the warranty period and will contact him to present those replacement options again

We contacted the customer to confirm the shipping date of the SkyCaddie Touch, which he pre-ordered They should be available to ship by the end of October He currently has a loaner SkyCaddie to use until his SkyCaddie Touch is received The golf balls will also ship with the new
product The customer was ok with the shipping date as long as he receives it by the end of October

I am rejecting this response because: The "so called discount" is not much less than the full cost of the product and seems to be a deliberate attempt to have the consumer to pay for an entire new GPS device instead of just replacing a battery for a much lower cost. When my car battery dies, I buy a new battery, not a new car

I am rejecting this response because:This is a fair resolution for many if not most, however it is not fair to a customer such as meI purchased the Game Improvement Package for $in April with the intention of using TGC once my house construction was completed Almost a year later, my house is not complete so I haven't purchased TGC yet either So this resolution is unfair to me because I purchased my Skytrak and the GIP package with the understanding that I would be paying $per year for the right to access 3rd party golf simulation, but under your current resolution I would have to pay $per year, even though these were not the terms at the time of my purchase So please extend your resolution to customers such as myself as well

Hi Mr***, I apologize that your experience has been unsatisfactory. We will contact you today and offer a free replacement recertified SGX since I do see that you purchased a recertified in March of 2017. Recertified devices have a day warranty but
