Mr. [redacted] registered his SkyCaddie watch on 1/20/2014. It had a 6 month warranty, which expired on 7/19/2014. Since the SkyCaddie Watch is out of warranty, he was provided with discounted replacement options, which he refused. We will not be able to replace it at no charge since it...
is well outside of the warranty period and will contact him to present those replacement options again.

Revdex.com:While you have made refunds in the past and you should for defective products and it is hard to use the membership when the SGX does not work and you insist on replacing it. And while I do not look forward to having the continued problem with the unit, service, etc, you can send the pre-owned unit to me. And when the replacement dies, which it will if history is a guide, I will no longer be a SkyHawke Technologies customer.You can have any further communication with me via email[redacted]

A representative spoke with Mr. [redacted] and his issue with the SkyCaddie Linx is the bezels don’t stay on the watch and his wife is losing them. Sounds like to me either the clips on the watch have been stripped or chipped where the bezels won’t snap into place. RMA 220959 for a new Linx...
replacement was setup along with a new pack of replacement bezels since his main concern was receiving the new watch and using the old band pack.This has been handled.
