After having to reach out to Skylife on social media and threatening to post my experience with this company on social media, the owner, *** ***, sent me a money order for the total of my orderHe had instructed me to dispute with
my bank, but I told him that issue was not with my bankI had placed an order with him and I expected him to refund my moneyI do not feel this is a legit business and would not recommend it to anyone. Thank you for your assistance

I order from Here all the time I have never had an issue with getting my items. All my items were received within a week or so.

I ordered a couple of items totaling $172. I've sent messages and emails just asking how long it takes to process. It's been a week or longer no response. This is ridiculous! Never ever again. I'll b posting on every social media outlet that I can. Horrible business! I'd give them a negative star if I could.

Ordered from them back in 2014 and the product was terrible. I spent a total of $67 on two products, both which were sent back. At that time I contacted them for MONTHS on numerous occasions and didn't hear anything from them. Terrible business would never recommend to anyone. I thought to myself I am just out $67, not to mention I had to pay to send those products back, so actually I am out roughly $70-75. I still have the same tracking number for it being sent back to them. They said they were going to send the joggers I requested and give me a $7 code, as my purchase was less than what was sent back. Code didn't work and still does not. Basically this company just stole from me.

Please share asap please make this go viral so my baby can get his stuff that was suppose to be for him doing good in school??? Do not order from this site. I'm still waiting on an order I did may 16 I have emailed them and they said I can say what I want about them and it doesn't affecr there business. I have emailed them they told me my order. Would be shipped this week. Still nothing. Please share this. Let the word get out. That it's a bad business they don't tell you how long it will take to ship till after you purchase. And then when you try to get them to respond they respond with a very bad attitude saying that the revdex.com does not affect them and they do not care as stated in the email from them. Which will be in the comments. Please share there fast to take your money but not fast to give you what you bad for. I work hard for my money. Cant afford to be taking advantage off.???

Review: I ordered a shirt from Skylife on Jan, *, 2015. The total amount was $48.00 plus free shipping, and their website stated after ordering it takes up to 7-14 business days to receive my order. I didn't receive anything so I contacted them 3 times via email regarding the situation. The second time or third time they finally responded when I put in the subject line that I was going to report them for not responding. I was told they would resolve this matter by any means necessary but still nothing has happened and its been over a month. I was also told that I should be okay that this is taking so long because I got a discount when I ordered my shirt so time shouldn't be an issue. I am now beyond upset, I'm furious. I really didn't want to take it to these extreme measures but something has to be done in case this happens to another customer. Desired Settlement: The best outcome would be a full refund and the shirt I initially ordered. Or the shirt I ordered plus another item from their website of my choosing and a status of my order since they avoided that question when I asked.

Review: my granddaughter ordered a shirt from the website it was never received. I emailed them and they keep emailing me back with no information only that it was shipped. I asked for the tracking number they refuse to give it to me. I asked them to call me they also refused and will not provide a phone number for me to call them! I have copies of their emails. Desired Settlement: I would like a refund or my money.

Review: I order from this company in July I didn't receive my order until September and I only received part of my order when I have contacted them about the issue it's as if my order wasn't important and the issue of their lack of proper communication is very alarming for it to be a business. I tried for over two month's to resolve the issue but I have not gotten any where and I have lost money with this company. Desired Settlement: I would like to receive the rest of my order and for them to send me something for the inconvenience that I have encountered dealing with their business
