Review: On Dec *, 2014 I purchased two pair of pants (total $120) from Skylife via their website. I've had numerous email exchanges with the company regarding this transaction. The company's response is "due to some unexpected delays this holiday season, items are taking longer then their typical 14 business days to ship. "

The last correspondence was an email from the company on Jan **, 2015 saying that my items recently shipped (no tracking information provided) . It is now Feb. *, 2015 and I still have not received the items I purchased. Desired Settlement: My experience with this company has been a disaster. All I want now is a complete refund of my $120.

Review: I placed an order for a pair of pants in November (Christmas gift) and we are in February and we still do not have it. I've reached out to their "customer service", which is only email (no phone) and when they did reply I was told that my order shipped and tracking would be provided. A week later I asked for tracking and they provided me one and it showed delivered to another state. I went back and asked if it was wrong tracking or if my order was delivered to wrong state. No reply. I got on their facebook page and asked that they reply to my email requesting refund and they said refund had been issued. I asked them to provide me with the date refund was issued and was told through Facebook that they are the "marketing team" and I would have to email their customer service, which I have been doing since December. Bank showed no refund attempt made. Now skylife1985 has blocked me from their facebook. I'm simply asking for the refund information they they said had been done concerning my $85 and they won't provide anything. Desired Settlement: Refund of my $85

After having to reach out to Skylife 1985 on social media and threatening to post my experience with this company on social media, the owner, [redacted] , sent me a money order for the total of my order. He had instructed me to dispute with my bank, but I told him that issue was not with my bank. I had placed an order with him and I expected him to refund my money. I do not feel this is a legit business and would not recommend it to anyone. Thank you for your assistance.

Review: in October I ordered from a website called skylife Boutique and after I made an order they took $80 out of my account and I never received a package and it has been way past the delivery date expected. Desired Settlement: Either my money back or what I ordered, either is fine.

Review: On October [redacted], 2014 I purchased 2 items, a plaid shirt and jeans from this business. Order # [redacted]. Did not receive any confirmation of the order but checked my bank account and noticed they they had charged my account. My emails about my order information went unanswered until I had to say something through social media. Customer service is absolutely horrible and rude. The social media rep would put down other customers, or not answer any common question of customers at all and would threaten to block customers just for simply inquiring about their products that clearly they had not received. After 2 weeks of getting the runaround I finally received my items and the jeans were too tight. I emailed to inquire about an exchange which they state they do honor on their website, but with little information on how to exchange an item, I emailed them, and yet again, have not heard anything back. I feel scammed and it is obvious that this business does not care about their customers. Instead of taking responsibility for the way they treat their customers they try and defend themselves and their rude reps. Unacceptable. I would like a refund of the jeans I purchased or an exchange of the correct size.Desired Settlement: Exchange for a size 30 and email confirmation, everything needs to be documented.

Review: I purchased a jacket off their we site for $95.85 on January *, 2015. Its is now february **, 2015 and I still have not recieved my jacket. I have sent a few emails that have not been reaponded to.Desired Settlement: My desired outcome would be to receive my product in a couple of days or give me a refund.

Review: On March **, 2015 I purchased two pairs of jeans from Skylife Boutique. On the same day I received a confirmation email stating that it would take 14 business days or less to be shipped via [redacted]. On April [redacted] (27 days later), I emailed Skylife Boutique to inform them that I have not received the items that I purchased. On April [redacted] (28 days later), I am emailed a response from, Skylife Boutique stating that my order is due for delivery on April [redacted] (33 days later), well past the 14 days stated in the confirmation email. On April [redacted] (38 days later), I finally receive the items that I ordered only to find that I was sent the incorrect items. I emailed Skylife Boutique to inform them of this mistake and request for them to fix the order and send me the correct items through priority mail. I then went ahead and shipped the items back to their company via [redacted] (tracking number included) which ended up costing me $15.00 for shipping. I was told that they could not send me the correct items until I returned the incorrect items that they sent me. After multiple attempts to contact them and inquire about the status of my order, they finally respond to me on April **, 2015 (47 days later). In this email response, they admit to messing up on my order and offer me a discount for a future purchase. They also state they would ship out my items as soon as they receive the returned items. On May [redacted] (61 days later), my patience finally runs out and I email them a request for a full refund on the items that I originally ordered. A couple hours later they email me with this response:

“Unfortunately we have no refund policy. We understand you are waiting on an exchange however when you sent the items back, we were out of stock of the size you need. We have no control over what sizes are ordered etc. We are in process of re-stocking. We do apologize for any inconvenience.”

I emailed them back on the same day requesting a managers name and phone number in order to rectify this problem and I have not received any information since. It is currently May [redacted] (63 days later)and I still have not received my products, a refund, or a tracking number. I do not know the status on my order as I have not received a response and they have not provided me with a managers name or contact number. I have a string of emails documenting this whole transaction and at this point I’m requesting guidance on how I can retrieve a full refund from Skylife Boutique.Desired Settlement: The total amount of my purchase is $218.00 ($88.00 Ripped Black Biker Denims, $115.00 Distressed Washed Denims, $15.00 Shipping cost to send items back to them). I am requesting a full refund on the items I purchased including the cost of shipping since I had to send back the incorrect items that they sent me in the first place.
