Provided all my information to this company in return for a product that they never even hadThe price was good, not great, but the bait and switch lure really upset meThis company SHOULD NOT be an A+ with Revdex.comThey are either very poorly managed, or unethical in their practicesAttempted to buy a grill only to find out they never had itIf this were a major retailer they would be forced to provide this product at the price they advertised, EVEN IF THEY HAVE TO LOSE MONEY to do so!!! This is the only way to correct this internet scammer loophole of bait and switch

On June 9, 2018, I purchased a refrigerator on line from SavingLots.comThe SavingLots.com Web site said the refrigerator was in stockI chose to buy from SavingLots.com specifically because the Web site indicated it was in stock
Payment was processed via PayPal, and the funds were deducted from my bank account on June 11,
Now, almost five weeks later, I still have not received the refrigerator
I have contacted SavingLots.com numerous timesThe first time I contacted them was about a week after I'd placed the orderI was concerned because I'd received no notification of shipmentI called them and was told they didn't have my phone number and so they hadn't been able to get in touch with me to arrange deliveryThis sounded odd to me, as I was pretty sure I'd provided my phone number when I placed the order on line, but I gave them my phone number and hoped they would ship the refrigerator soon
But they did notI waited another ten days or soStill no shipmen

I ordered a rifle scope on 2/4/that their website said was in stock They immediately took my payment but then told me it was sold out, tho their website still says its in stock I agreed to wait a few days as they assured that was all it would take I emailed them several times asking for an update I got an email from them saying it was shipped and to wait hours for a tracking number I waited the 72+hours and still nothing I emailed again, telling them I wanted the tracking number or a full refund asap Today they say it should ship today and they will get me a tracking number by the end of the day I didn't get one, so I again asked for a refund and they are not answering me They obviously lied about the shipping last week, and it seems they are lying about it again today At this point I want a full refund immediately

I ordered a dishwasher on 4/30/16, the unit arrived on 5/12/ The unit was dropped on my front porch, as my wife answered the door, she witnessed the driver entering the truck, he waived and drove away; there was no delivery signature obtained The packaging was pretty beat up, but my kitchen remodel was not ready to install the dishwasher yet so we did not open the packaging so as to avoid damage to the unit while we were waiting Instead, the unit was placed in an unused corner of the garage and protected from damage The kitchen was ready for install on 6/and the unit was opened to reveal multiple dents and scratches ***.com was contacted immediately with pictures and was met with defensive replies regarding timeline and the fact that I had to immediately purchase a replacement to keep my kitchen install moving I was finally provided with a return authorization and tracking number to return the unit on 8/after many requests They received the unit on 8/and w

We where with out power for past days due a storm in our area and I was not able to get back with you on thisI got my supplier to agree send you the foot control but now I am stalled due to the request for refundIf you would please close the refund request via paypal I can get them to send it

I am sorry for the delay in completing your request for refundDue to customer delay in notifying us about the damage to the productCustomer acknowledged the box looked damaged but he did not inspect the actual product until month later, much too late for us to file a claim with the carrierI am
still working with the manufacturer to get a field scrap approvedI just reached out to them and they said they will finalize the claim next weekWill follow up with this once the manufacturer allows this delayed claim to be approved

I found a Bennett Trim Tab *** Marine Hydraulic Power Unit available on their site, I paid for the item through PayPal on Jan and then I got a notification by email for a full refund on Jan 21, I want the people to be aware of this online companyAll they are doing is wasting our time and using our money for a few daysThere is no excuse, the item was shown available on their siteThis has never happen to me shopping online with other companyI will never shop with them again

I bought an electric trolling motor as advertised,Two separate posts for the included foot pedal : powerdrive foot pedal (included) • includes redesigned foot pedal with control features & ftcord , that I did not receiveI have the original product description, I copied and savedAfter I complained to them, they admitted to me , it was a "misprint" They refuse to send me the foot pedal that was part of the advertised productThey want me to pay for the foot petal separatelyThat was not the original deal as advertisedThe admitted misprint by Mark , ( tells you , the foot pedal was indeed offered originally before they modified the advertisementI have corresponding emails I can send to youAll I want is the foot pedal, or I can send the unfilled order back, cod shipping
