Our supplier showed they had one in stock but in fact it was not there.Was out of our control. We do our best to show accurate inventory levels, but on occasion the numbers are off.We are sorry we inconvenienced you and hope you are able to find one elsewhere
Product is special order from the manufacturer as noted on the website.
I just received word that the item has arrived and will be shipping in the next 24 hours.
Sorry for delays on the replacement but we had to order one to replace the one that was damaged.

In this instance the manufacturer had the product ordered on Friday but when we went to order on Monday it was no longer available for fulfillment.
