Review: Placed order on March *, 2014 for a pair of denim jeans at $134 plus $10 delivery. Card was changed, but product was never shipped. Emailed the company on 05/**/2014 regarding the product and was told that product was out of stock due to manufacturer issues and hopefully the issue would be resolved in a week.
As of 08/**/2014, product has not been shipped and I've not had any response to queries regarding it.Desired Settlement: Refund of credit card or shipment of product.

It was our thinking that due to such a gap in communication, the customers package was successfully delivered when the items came into stock not too long after our original conversation which ended May [redacted] of this year. Had we noticed the mishap earlier, the products would have been sent much sooner. As is stands, we are still sending the products over, as per the desired resolution of the complain.
Review: I ordered a product ( a bathing suit to be exact) over a month ago from this company, and promptly received the conformation email regarding my purchase, stating that a follow up email would come shortly containing my shipping information (there was an additional shipping fee). That email containing my shipping information never came. After not hearing from them for a few days, I emailed their customer service because that was the ONLY contact information they provide that is available to the public, besides an address. After two days they got back to me stating that the shipment would be sent out early the following week. It has now been a month since they informed me that they were sending me my already purchased product. I have emailed them two times since then, and have exhausted all attempt at contacting them via the email, as well as social media. They have made no attempt at contacting me since the initial email, and my account is still charged for the product, as well as the additional shipping.Desired Settlement: I want them to send me the bathing suit that I had ordered, and at this point with poor customer service, dodgy emails, and the feeling that I have been taken I want my money refunded, or at least refund me for 50% of it. If they had been more available to resolve this issue it would not have come to this.
