Slim Nutrition trial bottle of product DID NOT agree to recurring orders. No info provided to contact supplier.
8/19/19 purchased trial bottle of Slim Nutrition's Keto Diet from Healthy Slim Nutrition. Did not agree to receiving additional orders when placing order. Now attempting to charge my account. Location of credit card transaction was Plant City, FL, under "Health SGKT". My CC issuer provided phone number from attempted charge: 855-669-378 (final digit missing). No order number, address or phone number was on invoice. Simply an email address: [email protected]

No website can be found, nor response from company at email address.

I apologize for the confusion on your order. Under the terms and conditions on the website, all trial orders are given 14 days to try the product to see if you like it. You can cancel any further shipments with no fees if you cancel during the trial period.

I see that you sent an email requesting our Phone number which we replied to so you could contact us. I have verified that your subscriptions have been cancelled and you will not be billed or charged anything in the future.

Trial then charged full price.
I ordered Keto and Cleanse supplements from this company. I paid $4.95 for the first bottle, then was subsequently charged $89.95 per bottle. I called to let them know I was dissatisfied about the product and would not reorder, they told me I did not call them within 14 days. I stated I wanted a refund and would return the unused product (it made me extremely sick). They stated they could not receive back unused product. I asked for a supervisor and was told there was not one available. I then told them I would contact my credit card company at which point the agent told me that they would offer me a "staff" discount. I disputed the charge.

Desired Outcome

I want a refund. They are dishonest and the product can make people sick.

They issued a refund for the amount, after I contacted my credit card. No other contact made.

Only getting one star because there is no lower option. I also fell for this. I wanted to order 2 bottles to try, I thought I was getting the trial for $3.95 and all of a sudden it charged me $199 for 5 bottles. I did not authorize that amount nor did they inform me that I was getting that amount until after charging my credit card. I wish I would have looked on here first. Can't something be done to this company? Especially since it's false advertisement?

I purchased KETO diet pills online with a free trial. Paid for pills but then they sent additional pills not requested and charged me $159.90
I went to the web site and ordered the Keto pills.
Free trial was indicated with no mention on the screen of charging me later. I paid for the pills that I selected with a credit card July 23rd and thought I was done. I then received 2 additional bottles of pills in the mail that I did not request plus a bill for $159.50. I called the company and was told that I had 16 days of a free trial and since I did not respond in time they could send me more pills and charge me $79.95. I cancelled my membership over the phone and asked for a refund. The person offered a 30% refund which I denied since I did not order them in the first place. She then offered a 50% refund and again I declined. I hung up at that point and contacted ***, my credit card company, who had me write a list of complaints and email it to them. I did this and they informed me that there was nothing they could do to help me.

Desired Outcome

I want a refund of the $159.90 to my credit card for the pills that I did not order.

We have reviewed the complaint from Ms . *** and are sorry that there was some misinterpretation of the offer she received for a 2 week evaluation of our products. We do disclose the terms of the offer very close to the submit button upon agreeing to the purchase, but regardless we want to make sure all of our customers are taken care of. I have initiated a refund for $79.95 x 2 equalling $159.90. These two refunds should post to Ms. account within 3-5 days depending on her bank's practices. Thank you and we hope that this will close this complaint.

Thank you for your letter dated September 27th regarding a Ms. ***. We have reviewed the notes from Ms. and it does appear that she opted into a product evaluation at the time she purchased our Keto diet supplement package. This opt-in opportunity provided Ms. a 2-week evaluation period to try our Garcinia diet product. The terms of the evaluation offer provided Ms. 16 days to try our product and if she enjoyed the Garcinia product and didn't call to cancel the evaluation, she would be charged for the product that was shipped to her at the price of $79.95 and would automatically be enrolled into our monthly subscription program. Ms. did not call to cancel during the trial period and was therefore charged for the full price of the product on July 24th and again on August 8th when we shipped her.

Ms. called into the customer support center and asked to have any further shipments and billings to be cancelled, which was done on August 16th On August 21st, Ms. filed a chargeback dispute with her credit card company for two charges of $79.95 totaling $159.90 which would have provided her a credit to her account for the amount she is requesting as a refund. By filing a chargeback, it takes away our ability through the merchant gateway to issue any form of refund through the credit card system. It is assumed that the customer filed this complaint prior to the chargeback disputes being fully processed by her bank.

We ask that the complaint be closed because the customer chose to take this matter up with her bank for the credits to be issued to her account and hanging up on the customer service rep prior obtaining full refunds through our agents.

Thank you and if we can be of further assistance or if the customer has not received her credits from her card company, she may call back to customer service to further assist in this matter.

The product works great!!! and they explained the terms and conditions on tape before submitting my card. I think the product is worth the price or I would not have continued with the product. I would have sent it back, but turns out the product works. Seems like people are more interested in getting free stuff and not good stuff.

I ordered one bottle of the Forskolin diet pill in a free trial offer. I received 9 bottles and was billed over $200. They have continued to bill me
In late March 2018 I requested a free bottle of Forskolin from this company.They shipped 9 total bottles of products when I only requested the free trial bottle of Forskolin. Nowhere on the website where I placed the order did it say that I was signing up for continuous shipments. I have been billed $199.96 for the first shipment of 7 bottles of Forskolin, then an additional $7.94 and $7.95 for Garcinia Gambogia and Slim Cleanse, neither of which I ordered. I called and they agreed to issue credit for $99.98. Then on April 13 I was billed twice in the amount of $79.95. On May 2 I was billed again for $79.95 and there is another pending charge for $79.95, for a bottle of product which I have not received yet. When I called the first time they were supposed to cancel any future shipments and charges - they did not, so I called today, May 4, 2018 and they finally did cancel the account. I requested credit for the 4 charges of $79.95 but they refused, saying that I had to return the products first and then they would issue credit. So they have now given me return authorization numbers for 4 bottles of product and I will return the products.

Desired Outcome

This company needs to clearly state that you will be billed for the "free bottle" and that you are actually signing up for much more than the consumer thinks and is led to believe from the advertizement on their website. They bill ridiculous amounts for products that I did not even order and continue to send and bill for products not ordered.

This is NOT out customer. We have sent this back before and continue to receive complaints regarding other companies that are in the same industry. This needs to be updated immediately! We comply with all requests as soon as we receive them and attempt to do what is right for the customers, but our rating does not reflect the hard work and customer service we provide.

I cancelled the order a with in a hour of making it on March 27th. Then was told their was a restocking fee. They did not ship until the 28th
I ordered online, then saw online complaints call back within an hour and cancelled the order. This was on March 27th. After I finally got someone to answer the phone. I was told their was a restocking fee. I said no. You just got the order cancel everything, They said no, just return shipment. They sent me an email saying it was cancelled on the 27th for a no further orders. I never order more then one. Then I got an email about a online workout group never ordered.It says they will charge me in 25 days if I don't cancel. The phone number is no good.The product was shipped and billed on the 28th after I cancelled per their email on the 27th. No refund and I have tried calling now and I get no response. My bank statements gives the name of Healing Modern Oil 844-295-1291 and Healing Modern Silver 844-295-3412 which comes up as Canada but the online ad was 888-551-5118 Slim Nutrition. The online fitness group is Ozone Fit 888-275-5069 which sent the email with their emails. Never authorized them.

I would like my @149.97 and $7.95 back from Healing Modern Oils and $7.94 back from Healing Modern Silver doing business as Slim Nutrition

My money back in total is what I wanted to begin with. I am still waiting for it though. They never should have processed the payment in the first place.

I ordered this product online. I ordered 1 bottle. A short time later saw I was charged for 7 bottles on my credit card. I immediately called customer service, and was told no refund as product had already shipped. I insisted on refund, was then offered 99.00, I paid 199.00. I said no, then was offered 119.00, and was told that was all I could get. I e mail customer service with a written complaint, and the answer I received was I already got what the would offer. I told them there was no way the order had already shipped. The next day got e mail said order shipped. then two days later got e mail said order shipped. Received product 3/2, so there was no way it was shipped after that first contact. I do not feel like I should not have gotten full refund, and no product. I have not even tried it, so why would I want seven bottles. Their response was I probably hit the wrong key, there is quite a space 2-8 between 1 and 7. Therefore, I am filing complaint for what I consider a scam. This product was reviewed on Shark Tank, and was said to be a good product. The product might be good, but the customer service is not.

The person names *** is not our customer. #1 we don't Sell Teremoric #2. We don't charge for 7 bottles #3. We don't charge $199. Have her call her credit card company, got # of company charging card. Please do more research on complaints & quit sending all complaints to us.
