I would like to submit information to all the complainants who reported problems with this company SlimwareI never heard of the site until I found some paperwork with rules and regs of the company from a file I foundAfter reading the complaints, some of which where people were wrestling with the software and never contacted themI decided to do a computer search using the word slimware, and wouldn't you know it, there it was! It was sitting quietly under the setup fileWINDOWS SETUPIt seems to be the company Microsoft used for automatic driver updatesEVERYBODY is sitting on this software and they make it seem like your computer will explode if you dare attempt to remove itAnyone reading this should read the info I got when I right-clicked on the s/w:

within minutes of ordering this system I asked for a refund.....I thought all you had to do was download and the system would automatic clean your computer.....however, I was prompted to do things that I don't know how to do.....I can't even paste......when I wanted to fix a problem I was prompted to buy another packaged.......I tried the chat line for they stated that they had nothing showing I purchase package....However, payment was taken from my paypal account.......I WANT A FULL REFUND but getting no replies

I have been corrwith someone at Slimwaare for two months about a return I they said I received in the last monthI have offered to send a copy of my credit card bill to them to prove there was no return on the particular item, Slimware CleanerPlusI never ordered it, received it or was charged for it and they are accusing me of using another email to order.itI was never charged for it on cr.cdNow they will not let me mail the cr.cdcopy to them and insist I must email it.They will not give me a mailing address I am sending info to only address I have to Ocean SpringsThey have no record of loading the product** *** th

Regards, although there has been an attempt at making this right, there was no mention of the Microsoft agent being brought in on the call, and no offer made to stop misrepresenting the product which: is not a Microsoft partner as renounced by the Microsoft agent, and also the unsolicited pop ups during my windows installations were sneaky and underhanded in a way to suggest that it was Microsoft sending me to this company to continue with my windows installationI think there is a law against hacking, and certainly it can't be right that after all components of ' slumware' were uninstalled, the pop up showed during installation of Windows Adamantly, the Microsoft repInformed the slimware rep that he was being fraudulent, and really that is why I reject this solutionI have not been satisfied to know that slim ware will no longer hack and make claims..in addition, I have no idea where the refund went, there is no deposit to my account as yet
