Jeff was very helpful during my visit, he made suggestions but did not pressure me for a sale, which I appreciated.

We needed service on our AC unit. Jeff came out for a diagnostic. He was thorough and professional from the start. After finding our system was not worth repairing, Jeff was very patient in explaining all the options to me and then again to my husband. Ultimately he was able to come up with solution that worked for me and for what my husband wanted to spend. We are very happy with the outcome and will be using the company in the future for repairs or other installs. A big thanks to Jeff for making our home better and not breaking the bank.

Thank you John Weddle (I hope I have the name right). I called One Hour for a regular maintenance visit. We got that and more from Mr. Weddle.

As on the TV commercial, Jeff was right on time. He was professional and courteous. I am completely satisfied.

I want to commend Mike Sims and Justin Batten of Atascadero One Hour Heating & AC for the excellent job they performed in the installation of two new furnaces at my residence. Mike and Justin clearly explained the work that they were going to perform. They answered all of my questions and based on my specific installation requirements satisfactorily described alternate solutions to issues that arose. Both were very respectful of my property and were extremely courteous in their interactions with me. I am giving them a 5 star review for the work they performed.

We replaced an old forced air furnace with a new Lennox HVAC through One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning. The staff were all well informed, professional, and extremely capable. The equipment they installed is top of the line. Follow up and maintenance service has been of the same caliber: top of the line. I don't know where this company finds their people but they are al the type you'd only dream of hiring, if it was your company.

Our entire experience was wonderful. The technicians were knowledgable, careful, and respectful of our home. They worked quickly despite very hot temperatures and thoroughly cleaned up all of their work areas. I would highly recommend them!

Mike was very professional, friendly and thorough. I used to work for an A/C company in Florida. I could tell he was honest and trustworthy. He went over everything in great detail and was very accommodating. I was very impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. He was also very personable! I would highly recommend him. He knows his profession!

Review: I bought my Heater for 8,000 plus with no air-conditioner. Yes, I made a mistake on this purchase. I had the Southern California Gas Company to check my house on 10/19/2015 for cost energy efficient improvement & weatherization products were up to par for the winter season. The SOCalGas Company rep came over and RED TAGGED my heater! The conditions are combustion to mix with circulation air, cracks in closet or around the base of the furnace allows products of combustion to mix with circulation air and dryer vent duct should not going through the return air compartment.The maintenance person from One hour and air conditioning came to check my on 10/08/2015 per maintenance on the "new heater" . I had asked him why there was a hole under the heater. D.... stated in a sarcastic response, " It's for the intake to circulate the air." I guess, I was to know that! For the amount of money I spent. 100 dollars an hour for the installers and 8,000 total cost of heaterDesired Settlement: I would like the repair & refund. It's so disappointing to know when a company state they are professional and wear booties to protect your home. They don't care for your well being. I could have died. I feel I have been taken advanced of. I haven't call attorney yet. So, I'm waiting for your response.

What a wonderful professional , Mike Brown. He was everything that you would want in a service person. He was able to diagnose our air conditioning problem quickly and we will contact him for any future HVAC needs!
